Accords in the movie we're sheltered individuals with zero real battle experience yet to kill Orphy Kira needed MSF. Please, let's not look down on the skills of the Accords. If their 1st real war was like this, how powerful would they have been if they had equal experience to Kira and fought in 2 wars before dealing with Kira? Accords were in no way weak.

She multi-locked on the fleets in MSF Lacus also shared her senses with Kira through her accord powers. So, there's no reason to call accords crap for using their genetic abilities when both Kira and Lacus do that too. Kira, Mu and Shinn also uses that ability to sense danger (new type ability) too. (it's another genetic ability) Even Shinn, Athrun and Cagalli are known to use SEED because they can. It's hypocritical to accept the natural ability of the characters you like and call them strong yet reject the natural ability of the enemy accords and call them weak just because you may not like them.

They were involved in the destruction of the arcangel, killed 2 members of the troopers, destroyed the immortal justice. Maybe you are underestimating how it feels to be dying from severe injuring and burns (because that's what they felt in their brains and froze. They felt one of their comrades pain and dying fear) Maybe you are also underestimating how quick the Destiny Spec 2 is and the skills of Shinn.
The reason Kira struggled fight against Orphee and Shura while Shinn easily 1 vs 4 the others. Remember the freedom incident? Kira data battle has been stolen by the Foundation and not just that Strike Freedom data also that's why he struggled fight against them because they know all of his movements and weaknesses

Despite being updated the Strike Freedom into Type 2; Kira was still in disadvantage against the Foundation's Accord pilots, they still read his moves and skill sets like a book; Another thing was Kira was fighting his enemies to "Neutralise", Disabled their mechs. Not until the final battle when Lacus brings the Defender on him, gives him another new power to wield, this time , Kira fought for the name of Love on Lacus and to kill.
Do You know how insane it is to take on both the sub boss and final boss with an entire fleet all at the exact same time and they counter almost everything you do

Sure those 4 weren't as skilled as Shura but they weren't nobodies. They dueled against Shura every single day and Shura never once complained about them being weak. Shinn after learning from Kira and Athrun and having something to fight for and being sane makes him a monster. The most insane part is the Black Knight's MS virtually have the same specs as the Destiny and know his fighting style.

Not only that, the railgun also different but thanks to that, SF now can use the railgun while attach the rifle on the side of it (type 1 can't use railgun when the rifle was attached to the waist)

Also, Shinn actually had weapons that could damage them - his anti-ship sword and even for some reason the palm beam cannon worked, and those are his favoured weapons... strike freedom is equipped almost entirely with weapons that have no effect upon femto armour. Basically just the skirt mounted rail guns and I think the freedom might have been equipped with a handheld rail cannon as well for this fight. His dragoons, beam sabers, beams rifles and tvashtr cannon all do nothing do those suits.
@@Marco32144 Not at all, its like comparing apples to oranges. Seed and Seed Destiny's animation is the poorest in the entire franchise with the highest amount of recycled frames. I'm just appreciating the fight choreography plus the new mix of CGI and 2D cel animation then y'all feel the need to tell me the obvious XD

There is a lot of wrong with GS Freedom (power scaling, pacing issues, rushed second half) but if u go against rules u set in previous iterations, u know that u are very bad at writing. Or at least, story failed to make continuty check. Making super robo, from real robo, meh. Best part was, whern Compas was screwed up totally. It was a moment, when i literally got shivers bcause suspense in disbelief made me feel that they are really fighting for their lives. Something, that was completely wasted in the end.
@@RedCrossLeon Except the MSF doesn't go against any established rules. It's a mobile suit pack with EMP and a really strong laser. Hardly breaking suspense of disbelief here, especially considering the Gundams that came before.

Kira was literally facing 3 Zigurats (on top of 2 suits specifically designed to counter 80% of SF's weaponry in a 1v2 situation) which were a lot stronger than Foundation fleet equiped with anti-Phase shift missles, multiple beam cannons, and it's main guns which are able to bend.

After fighting against providence, kira is obsessed with using dragoon system in every of his battle
It's very useful for many reasons. The movie shows why if you watch from a different perspective.

The arms also different, the sabers position from the railgun adjusted to resemble og freedom so the handheld railgun can be attached there
