Game of Add on - Ep 03 - Louke & Mio

[ENG below] Game of Add on mit Louke und Mio am Potsdamer Platz! Ziemlich bekannter Berliner Flow-Spot. Ich war zu der Zeit, zu der das gefilmt wurde verletzt, deswegen habe ich viel low-impact-training gemacht und dieses Movement-Spiel gespielt.
Game of Add on funktioniert im Grunde wie "Ich packe meinen Koffer..." nur mit Moves. Wir bauen zusammen eine Line, bei der wir abwechselnd einen Move dranhängen - so kann sich jeder einbringen und wird gleichzeitig mit dem Bewegungsstil von den anderen Athleten gechallenged ;-)
Macht echt Laune und ist ein cooles Spiel zum aufwärmen!

Hey Fellows!
Since all of us are german in their mother tongue I decided to produce a series of german videos this time. Due to injuries I was forced to do low impact training for a while so I played a lot of game of add on during the last few months. The basic idea of it is to create a line together by adding one move after another switching turns after each move. We focus on flow and transitions instead of big jumps.
Even though it is in german, I still hope you enjoy! More episodes are about to come.
