Virtual Sheet Music technically it should be, since the fingering for an E4 (not E3, sorry) is Left hand Thumb 1 2 3 Right hand 1 2 D#, right? So i think trilling on the D#-Key shouldn't be a problem...

There’s probably an alternate fingering. Get a trill fingering chart.
Just finger a D, and put down the pinky on E flat. Just flicking ur pinky can get really good trillld

What About a microtonal trill like E3 trilling on the D#-key?

Your flute has specific trill keys. Look up trill fingerings.
