Empathy is non-existent in one's heart unless they have experienced a similar circumstance. Then, one can have the gifts of empathy if they have a conscious soul. Sympathy however can be expressed without that experience.

this is interesting conversation, but iam not understand associated with the great leadership creterias, there were not obsiusly explain that how we must consider our choice to find great leadership in the future. especially to find great leadership in Indonesia who is addreasing whole problems exist
Actually technology invalidates brain drain phenomena. The problem is the sending country, what are they doing with those who have gain additional skillsets overseas. Is there a proper follow up, any accountability placed on them etc.
