Dash cam Incident Near Miss Edmonton Alberta 2017 Aug 21

This lady pulled out right in front of me without checking as she drove out, this is why looking once is never enough. Notice how slow she was going practically trying to cause an accident, she was probably mid 20-30's no real excuses to pull off such a maneuver other than impatience to wait for a break in traffic, I honked the entire time and she still didn't look, I got up next to her and was going to give her a thumbs up but she didn't look over and even say "sorry" (like Canadians usually do). Someone needs to go back to drivers training in my opinion. And considering how thick traffic was there is no way she actually looked even though it appears I was in the fords blind spot, there was another car right behind me, the white Mazda SUV i pull up behind at the next light, he changed lanes as well, he was in my lane when she pulled out and almost rear ended me.
