I ddnt there was lineage of ms twins.i used to sit on sofa n bread feed them the same ,so they can sleep same time,it's easy kila mtoto aangalie side yake.vichwa zokutane kwa kifua facing differrent direction..na kila mtoto to have her own beast permanently .in this way you ll equalize their rations...harafu upate ku relax na pia time to eat ndio maziwa itoke.breast milk best.mum kula njahi and alternate with ndengu kamande n put much greens.kunywa soup and uji plus alot of water...kujitunza upate maziwa ni rahisi kuliko kinunua nun.mimi yangu ikunywe ujitunze haha.
