I cringed at the lack of er. Big damage but only after you've funneled enough energy to her so she can occasionally burst.
You forgot mona and C1 carried the ER issue
A vaporize of her skill does the same damage of 3 procs of her burst. Building er on c1+ Yelan is useless since she get double the energy from the skill.

I've tried her with full flower/atk/hp/hp/hp vs flower/atk/hydro dmg bonus/hp/crit dmg circlet and trust me the second build has 33k hp and she made more dmg with this build than the first one at which she was at 55k+hp ... believe me that yelan in the video is a c6 and c6 yelan can do lumps of dmg even without proper artifacts or regular 150cdmg or even 40k hp
So build her flower/atk/hdb/hp/cdmg
I have favonius warbow lvl 80 on her to solve energy issues tho she's at 195 er and 195cdmg with 51cr

they coulda used klee's normal atks for vaporise but they decided to stay on yelan, what a chad
I had my yelan so well built on all hp stats 45,000hp high crit dmg and crit rate. This is when i first started understanding the game. And someone told me I was doing it wrong and i believed them 🤦♀️ and melted the damn artifacts for new ones, my biggest regret, she doesnt do the same damage 😭 ill get it back though...
Well, you need energy recharge. A lot. And 4 set emblem of severed fate. Up to 75% bonus damage. The rest is HP%/Crit rate.
