Shoot even if you are on the schedule. If they ask you to leave they have the right to do so. Technically it's private property. You are trespassing past a certain point. Now if she was scheduled and the wrongly told her to leave then that's a civil matter that needs to go to court if need be but yeah to just try and stay is kinda insane. Also if she wasn't fired before I'm sure she sure as hell is now. Seems like it would have been better to avoid that with how desperate she seems to be to work that shift too.

Im 25 and just got off an 11.5hr shift at amazon. I did get tired at the end though and used 30min of pto. Also I have to ask for extra shifts every day because im part time and only get 22.5hr/week officially. Managers always approve me for more though. On track for 50 hrs this week. Point being not everyone from certain generations doesn't like to work. Not going to lie though that VTO is unbelievably tempting some days.

Per Amazons rules/policy. You can't work more than 60 hours in a week, 12 hours in a day and 6 days in a row. If you're not scheduled, Amazon doesn't want you on property.

I showed up to work by mistake and my supervisor looked at me and asked me why im at work, i told her i thought i was schedule, come to find out i was on vacation that week and forgot..(i have plenty vacation time), before she could finish saying that i was suppose to be off, i was already in my car heading home to enjoy my week off... happiest day of my life....
I will never forget how I was chilling at home when my manager called she was like "Sarah, what'cha doing?, Me: nothing, manager : you know you're on the schedule to be here right now, me: 😶😶😶🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, manager : don't worry it's slow today anyway".
