I started watching this on my computer, as soon as the music started I turned it off. There was only one thing to do to set the appropriate mood : I headed straight to the shops for supplies, I came back as quick as I could with the music from the first 5 seconds of your video still haunting me. I rushed back popcorn in one hand, beer in the other prepared for perfect barrels, ambient tribal music and Beast Mode Tube Taming from the master of the left............RJ ! I am calling it "I may watch it more than once"
Haha gotta have the snacks handy brochacho. You know I’m pretty stock standard every video, a decent tune and some slow/semi slow motion tubes, nothing too fancy here 🤙 hope you enjoyed the pool edit
@bodyboard_holidays great fun but it’s very repetitive. Will be a saviour in the spring/summer months though, I’m sure it will save my sanity many times in the future.
Not talking just this video, obviously a small manageable pool wave... but I don't se others chilling in the barrel off the take off in these pools then casually making the deep section from way back... that and seeing you navigate and make all those beasty barrels at Pipe and Spot are at another level. @@RIK_JAMES420_POV
If they are still pushing 9 wave sets, all of the ones in the vid were the first 4. Starts getting side washed and chandeliered after the first 3. By the ninth, it's a washout. And if you're a standup 6 foot tall - better be very flexible.
It’s honestly trickier than it looks, you kinda need to have a few hours on it consecutively to be taking full advantage of it I reckon. Thanks for leaving a comment 🙏
I haven’t been to Melbourne but word on the street from the people who have, Sydney is better. I think the takeoff section at Sydney specifically is better from people who have surfed both.
I haven’t been to Melbourne but from what I’ve heard from others, Sydney is better. For my first wave pool experience I wasn’t disappointed by the wave at all.

Hope Urbnsurf are paying you for this one. Best clip out there and beautifully ridden
🙏🙏🙏 man I wish I could just get a few hours on it to dial it right in
You've got to be one of the best most technical tube riders in the world.
Haha I don’t know about that mate but thanks for the compliment 🙏

They are calling them six wave sets but it’s really only five. I found myself mostly on the first two or the last one.

@@tombatchy Don't you know the difference between standing up and lying down ?
so is it exactly the same as Melb or better or worse?

How do ya rate it to Melb beast mode?
