      its about money and power , because the australian government fears that if enough australians see the video then there will be a civil war in the streets and that may ultimately result in the overthrow of the current government , its the same old story of people in government afraid of losing their power and money .

Facts will hurt your feelings it's cowards way to censor speech that hurts your feelings and mainstream media is full of indecent material why you crying that regular people have a platform to express themselves freely. As long they aren't calling for violence or making threats there's no problem. It takes courage to live with dangerous freedoms while cowards will chose peaceful Tyranny

    • @earlr9381
      @earlr9381 21 день назад +2

      @@ibazulic I think you sir haven't thought through the rhetoric yourself.
      WHO plays God to DEFINE what "constitutes freedom of speech" and what does NOT ?
      Because the WORLD is a BIG place and can one Nation DEFINE what CONTENT can be made available on the INTERNET (outside the Geo-boundaries of that Nation) ?
      And, what happens if another Nation's Government rules it CAN be shown in their Nation. Wouldn't that violate THEIR choice of Freedom ?

    • @ibazulic
      @ibazulic 21 день назад

      @@earlr9381 what does god have to do with anything? Religions do not recognize the freedom of expression as a basic human right. Furthermore, the right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression gives one the ability to express themselves freely and without censorship, by the government itself. The right is NOT absolute and CAN be limited. And these limitations ARE international. Such limitations are listed very plainly on Wikipedia:
      "The version of Article 19 in the ICCPR later amends this by stating that the exercise of these rights carries "special duties and responsibilities" and may "therefore be subject to certain restrictions" when necessary "[f]or respect of the rights or reputation of others" or "[f]or the protection of national security or of public order (ordre public), or of public health or morals".
      Freedom of speech and expression, therefore, may not be recognized as being absolute, and common limitations or boundaries to freedom of speech relate to libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, sedition, incitement, fighting words, hate speech, classified information, copyright violation, trade secrets, food labeling, non-disclosure agreements, the right to privacy, dignity, the right to be forgotten, public security, blasphemy and perjury. Justifications for such include the harm principle, proposed by John Stuart Mill in On Liberty, which suggests that "the only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others".
      ICCPR here means "International covenant on Civil and Political rights" . So no, you CANN9T justify sprrading lies, hate, misinformation and othe stuff by saying it's freedom of speech. You are RESPONSIBLE for what you speak.

      Australia's "eSafety Commisioner" is a World Economic Forum acolyte. So, none of this should be surprising. The thing that makes me angry is not the existence of tyrants, but those who are so giddy and pleased to serve their agenda as we see in this propaganda piece where free speech is not discussed in any meaningful way at all. The "eSafety Commissioner" and this "take down order" is treated as completely legitimate and Musk is smeared as if its all just power politics and a spoiled little rich boy game. This is low IQ propaganda for people who do not think critically at all. This is the Australian mainstream media in 2024, it could just as easily be communist China.

    Elan's message is that the laws operate at a higher level, rather than focusing on detailed examples, which dictates how they should be handled or interpreted according to the situation. Consequently, judges and bureaucrats in the system wield considerable power to manipulate the interpretation to their own advantage. Even politicians do not possess such extensive power to influence the system. Politicians, being public figures, are directly connected to the public, who can readily criticize them, especially because they are highly visible during election times. Politicians must interact with the public every four years during elections, as it is mandatory. This scenario does not apply to judges, who hold their positions until retirement. They are not required to interact with the public to understand their thoughts, feelings, or reactions. However, these judges still possess significant power to drastically alter decisions by manipulating the system to suit their own ends.
