You jacked up her hair. Kee from deeper than hair says you don't need a lot of product in your hair and you only need to take one pass over the hair when you are flat ironing it. Plus you should have started at the bottom and blow dry her hair out so there wasn't so much pulling on the hair. Y'all need to go to Kee in Philadelphia Virginia. She is the best! Your hair will come out sleek and shine and with bounce.
