Think that is a Sergeant with the 3 chevrons, as Lieutenants have the single silver bar, that Captain having two silver bars.

one thing i would do is either buy more detailed guns or painthem yourself. its kinda sad to have a BEAUTIFUL looking minifig with just a plain black gun 😂😂😂

I do have more detailed guns they are just really expensive so I only have a couple. I can't buy everything at once so I have to pick and choose what's most important to me.
