My name is Pat Alger and this is a lively version of my song "Mason Dixon's on the Line" - at the end Darol Anger credits Eric Andersen as the writer - he has written many fine songs but this is one that I wrote especially for and sang on a Rounder album called "Woodstock Mountains: More Music From Mud Acres" in 1977. Eric Anderson was also on that original recording so perhaps that caused the confusion. I enjoyed this a lot - when we played it live there were usually at least 8 or 9 of us on stage too......
love !!!
