I mean I feel like anyone who has actually been following worlds for years knows that this is not the best roster we’ve ever sent. I don’t necessarily know what would be the all time greatest but it’s definitely not this.
TL was good because of lane swap, macro and the champ pool (ADC mid, tank top, enabler/tank jungle...). Coming into world everything they were good at was nerfed. They were very good on the previous patch and would've done better for sure.

I remember riot made a statement after 2015 saying they’d never make big balance changes right before worlds but here we are again. seems very dumb to me honestly. so much about the game is different

Yeah truely. I dunno how...for like 5/10 years ... can see many champions that don't get played in worlds.. almost NEVER..and they never get any buff. Meanwhile.. Leona or Oriana could be blind picked by most teams and would have no issues.
Kled was legit one of the highest winrate top Champs in Season 14! Rarely picked, but srsly strong. But Not on a boosted and washed player like apa countering himself instead of using his Brain😂
It’s probably just a coincidence, but as a Damonte fan from back in the day it’s wild that his team has won LCS summer and made top 8 at worlds two years in a row. Is he just the mid lane positional coach GOAT?? Palafox played way worse this year, was it Damonte diff back then too? I’m mostly joking, but it is really cool to see him succeed. He was always smart about the game, he just needed someone else’s hands playing 😂😂
Yone has been too strong of a elimination round pick to be picking Kled into especially on a deciding game 3 lol. Regardless how they felt about the pick, it just wasn't the right call.
