meu bms original da jbl está ruim, porém as células estão boas. coloquei um bms tradicional de 4s porém não consigo mostrar a capacidade de carga nos leds indicador, fica piscando vermelho como eu poderia resolver isso de mostrar a capacidade das baterias através dos leds indicador ?
After replacing the battery cell, my PTB310 cannot turn on when the AC power is unplugged (the charger is still plugged in, it can still be turned on when plugged in). I suspect the circuit is locked after replacing the battery, can someone guide me on how to handle it?

Depends on the connection you want to use. I use this box sometimes for my video projector if I am outside the house. I connect it over Bluetooth to get a 180 degree sound with 2 other speakers. No cables, good sound👍 you can use also the Aux In. It's not as good as the Bluetooth connection but if you use a old TV you won't notice the quality difference.
Make sure the strip connectors didn't come loose when the top came off. It probably pulled out of the board under the power button. Use the other connections as an example of how they hook up.
@@technico5880 i just wonder if it works.I was thinking if i put 5 18650 in series and reach 20 volts can the partybox play like its plugged cause i seen a video of a guy that he use a power bank that outputs 20volts and he said its not losing power when its on battery mode.You can do extension cable and put the batteries at the bottom of the speaker.Also you confuse me with the charge part for example if i use 4 batteries with 3500 mah it cant charge fully cause it has something like limit charge?
@@alexdoukas it definitely works. I got much more runtime. As you can see in my previous Video the Speaker Powersupply delivers 20V. You can bypass it with a 20V powerbank but then you need some additional output. As I said in my previous video the cells are connected in series and the battery delivers 14,8 V. Now I connected a second battery to every single battery in this series connection, now it's a 4s2p configuration. Now the charging: Let's say the battery is new and you can charge around 2600mAh instead of 2500 until you reach the 4.2V limit. This can cause overheating and battery damage, therefore the mainboard has protection and limits the amount of capacity. And no, without resetting, the battery will only charge until 2500mAh. The most important thing about this mod is, that you do not need any external plugs and drill holes. You can use the old battery place and the same charging plug.
@@technico5880 so everytime you have to reset the jbl so it can fully charge? No needed to drill holes just extend the cable also you made a new battery holder and that cannot found so it kind of easier the extend cable if you are ever want to put a bigger battery configuration
@@alexdoukas no, wait what do you mean with extended cable you can replace the power supply or the battery with it but not "make" more capacity. My plan was to use the old battery and the bms. Honestly there is not that much space at the top, because of the mainboard. You can attach as many parallel cells as you want but you need space. I made several tests to measure the capacity. First I wait until the battery is completely empty and the box turns off. After that I charge and measure the wattage. Without reset I can charge 45 Wh (battery has 37) until the charging end. After that I reset and can charge to 70 or 80 Wh as you can see in the Video which makes sense because now the battery is 14.8V with 5000 mAh or 74Wh. Everytime you use a different battery or another configuration the old BMS will not work and you can't charge your battery over the mainboard and need to drill holes for an additional output to charge.
Maybe the button board is demaged. Try to check if there's a connection between the board an the button. If so, check if there's a connection to the mainboard. Maybe it's only a loose contact
Hey, ich habe gestern den Akku meiner Partybox 110 erweitert. Ca. um das 4 Fache. Jetzt habe ich aber ein Problem. Alles funktioniert soweit, jedoch geht dir Akkuanzeige genauso schnell runter wie mit den alten Akkus. Hättest du eine Idee woran das liegt?
Liegt es vlt. daran, dass ich die Akkus vor dem Einbau nicht 100% vollgeladen hatte? Ich habe echt kein Plan. Am Ende des Videos redest du etwas von charging Limit. Wie genau meinst du das?
@@arthurdause4374 oha das 4 Fache😅 Also es ist sogar besser sie nicht 100% aufzuladen dies ist auch sicherer. Also sie sollten die gleiche Spannung haben. Wenn die Akku tatsächlich um die 10A haben müsste es eigentlich gehen. Die Partybox 100 regelt bei 2,5 A ab um den Akku vor Überladung zu schützen. Dann musst du sie zurücksetzen oder anschalten und ausschalten und wieder anschließen dann sollten nochmal 2,5 A reingehen.
hey, hab genau das gleiche problem. die ladestandsanzeige der box fällt ab wie immer bis die box abschaltet. mein neuer lipo pack hat dann noch über 16,2V, ist also im grunde noch voll.
@@oODerFlo interessant, du meinst bei der 110 oder bei der 100? Also bei der 100 reicht es die Box einmal kurz zu resetten dann "vergisst" sie das bereits verbrauchte Limit. Bei 110 weiß ich leider nicht. Ich sollte mir mal eine zulegen und testen was möglich ist. Ich habe gelesen, dass es die Firmware über die App gibt. Vlt. kann man da irgendwie das Limit im Code aufheben.

@@iamlegend3669 not bs, you got for what you paid, one of the best, if not the best sound signature in the world. you dont just pay the hardware. i bought one for around 300 dollars, but still, compare the pb100 300dollars to a sony with the same wattage but lower price, and you will see if watts is all that matter, let me see if i can find the video of the pb100 vs a sony 160 watts, and you will see if the money difference is worth it or not

@@SamuelPiresN I have the PB100 and I am happy with it, just expected better battery from its price point. I also have a Tribit Blast, much cheaper, better battery and sound wise pretty similar. I only use PB100 for kareoke nights, my friends prefer The Blast though.
I have pb100 since one and half years. Now while charging at 5th indicator of led not stop blinking. Is there any weakness of battery?
Yes, it's possible but don't worry you will have enough capacity left.

Sold JBL 100 and bought JBL 120 and a 2nd battery for it. The JBL 100 did not have moisture protection.

Ican't turno off my party box 100 , I try reset presing + Botton and playa Botton and not work.
