Just a suggestion when you get the meat home immediately transfer it to a a zipper bag and extract the air. That’s what makes it turn a different color. And freeze it for safety. Those will defrost quickly. I think you did good and stuck to your plan! Very proud of you Wendy!

Yummy on those Dogs, we get the Jalapeno n cheddar Dogs BBQ them there so good we Really enjoy those, kids do to. Iv been trying to eat more veggies n fruits, not real filling, although some times I think of something to eat n I'll have her bring it to me, yes yes. Hi Wendy I've seen somewhere that if you wrap your lettuce in a paper towel it keeps it fresher longer and I did try that and it does work my mother stayed fresher longer so if you want try it it really works thank you for all your videos I really appreciate them I enjoy watching them all sincerely Deborah Koger 😊❤❤😊
Hi Wendy, I love Aldi I don’t get to shop there much because its not real close for me. I like a smaller cucumbers because the seeds are smaller in it. You did well on your shopping. I like the $5 steak. Wings are so good but they are expensive but these days what isn’t lol I enjoyed your video. ❤😊
Remember like the bananas yes you paid a little more for them but they are better and bigger than the cheaper ones like at Walmart that most of the time are already turning brown and half the size. I try and buy all my fruit and veggies at Aldi's. Love ya!

I want a salad with crisp lettuce, green onions, shredded carrots, hardboiled eggs, celery, one teeny cherry tomato, with either ranch dressing, or western dressing, oh anda little bit of shreeded cheese.
I mix those little drink mixes with my seltzer water
Hon now that it’s summer I bet you not wanting to eat the stuff that’s bad for you. Salads and fruit nice and light stuff so refreshing in the eat. And if you crave a sweet grab a piece of fruit. My fav is peaches that’s what I go for. Maybe an orange or pear.

I always shop at Aldi's myself, but the one thing I don't buy is their meats absolutely do not like the hamburger. I do buy the little sliced ham for around $10 that is really good
Hi Wendy! Aldi is my favorite store, hands down. 👍🏻 But that’s because it’s so close to home, & I can always get in & out in no time. (Not known for my patience. 🤣) Plus the lower prices, of course. 👍🏻 I buy the same few things all the time, so they carry most everything I need. Hey, does your Aldi have the self scanners? I’m really looking forward to that here. Ribeyes can be so pricey these days. 😳 I’m afraid to buy them because I probably wouldn’t prepare them right. 🤪 But I would definitely pay $5 for a 7 oz. ribeye. Groceries are crazy high, & so are the restaurants. Gotta eat somehow, so we can’t win, can we? 🤷🏻♀️ Steroids are a problem for most people-don’t beat yourself up over feeling so hungry, because it’s just a side effect of steroids you can’t help. At least you’re cutting back on things, & just eating better overall, & that’s a big deal. Just keep at it! Have a great rest of your week, & hey-you enjoy that nice ribeye 🥩 because you deserve it! 💕💕

Love your videos. Steroids will make you so hungry all day long. Been on steroids off and on for years due to medical issues. I know exactly how you feel. Veggies are great to snack on and drink lots of water. Good luck and have a great week 😊

I LOVE tomatoes, but its bad for arthritis and other inflammatory diseases. The pain from eating just one BLT, is not worth it.

Being hungry all the time is a common side effect of steroids.
I've heard that but when I get steroids it does the opposite to me. I suffer from MS and get two infusions a year and right before I get the main medication they give me steroids. Can't sleep, not hungry, very irritated and just plain mean. This might be the reason I live alone. 😂😅😂😅
