I typically run an ace in the hole build i feel like the twins would appreciate the trinkets i collect, especially if i offer it to them because im only surviving if im the last one 💀
The Entity's definitely making tasks like repairing generators some kind of basic instinct, I think. If Mikaela's magic's real, and a 21-year-old rookie cop can cobble together a literal grenade from spare gen pieces, then working on a machine is a reasonable thing for them to be able to do haha. And if I'm not mistaken, The Entity also makes Survivors terrified of death every single trial, which further shows She can influence their minds. Would hate to have that deity in my head 😂
It's gotta be that, right? Or just that they learn it after being recycled through so many trials over time? But it would make sense for the Entity to instill that instinctual knowledge in them to give them the hope that she feeds off of. Yeah, definitely don't want her in our heads 😅 that would be awful

Don’t worry about generator knowledge, the Entity makes whatever you do to the gen work. Even if you did what old animation did and just move your hands around it works.
To be fair, bear traps actually take a pretty long time to set up. If this was real life, Trapper would probably have an even worse time setting up his power and that might give you an advantage.
Skull Merchant is a normal human woman at the end of the day but she also has incredible tracking and evasion in her kit - which I think would make her difficult to actually take on. She'd have made a great survivor ngl.
I think you forget with trickster that he did take out an entire group of producers on his own in the lore, I’m sure he’s be able to take a single person or four people on his own
Plague (emetophobia helllooooo) and Clown would be Absolute Brown Pants for me. (They're all in that club for me except maybe Legion, and MAYBE Myers, who would be Snowball's Chance) To be fair, I'd be sneaking from hiding place to hiding place, doing zero gens, minimal running, and only sneaky, terrified heals on other people.
I feel like legion would be either snowball or brown pants since they are just fast people with knifes and they specialise in group attacks so even if it was one your whole team would be injured and need to mend so yall would be fucked
That is also a great point. Something I meant to mention but think I forgot to include was that a lot of Tricker's pre-realm danger was his element of surprise, which inside of the realm he pretty much no longer has.

In my head, the reason everyone knows how to repair gens is just because theyve been there a while. When survivors are new to the game, they usually arent doing gens much, so in my head, I imagine thats because they are new to the realm and havent learned how to do it yet, but as they repair with other, more experienced survivors, they learn.
Watching you reason Legion. I think people really underestimate how deadly a guy or even a kid with a knife is against an unarmed opponent. I watched martial artists try to fight a 'knife' armed opponent and they'd stil get cut up (the video is on yt) When you dont have a weapon, you're gonna die against a knife. Doesnt matter if an angsty teen is holding it or an adult stalky man like Ghostie. You're dead in a confrontation against a knife. Trickster would be deadlier. He's the closest thing to a machine gun

That's a fair counterpoint, however, Legion aren't trained in knife fighting either (based on what I've read at least, if there's lore that suggests otherwise let me know). Going against Susie with a knife is a much different situation than going against Hunk with a knife for instance. And yes, you are correct that in order to win against an opponent with a knife, you are going to have to be willing to get cut. I had not considered the likely military service of Trickster, that makes it a little more terrifying for sure.
@@theARoberts Yeah, I still you underestimate a knife. Even if you get cut by some non lethal wounds by Susie, they will reduce your ability to fight back. ie pain from the cuts and bleeding wounds. Now true HUNK and Susie are whole different spectrums. I would say, you yourself with your stature you could overpower Susie and Julie, but still be injured. I'd say Susie is the weakest and Julie could put up a fight before going down. Joey and Frank, as males are stronger. I as a female, know that even teenage boys/young adults are strong. Frank and Joey are in a good shape and seem to be the street fighting type. They might not be trained like HUNK, but they can kill an average civillian. So I'd say even you or if its a 1v4. And all Legion is against you, you're dead by sheer numbers. And against them and Ghostie and Trickster(basically any knife weilder imo), best bet is to turn tail and run. I still think Trickster is by far the irl most lethal knife user. He has a frightening skill with throwing knives and is accurate with them (lore wise according to Crescendo trailer where he hits a bullseye with a dart and with a knife that splits the dart) So even if you run against Trickster, he will kill you with the knives. And irl knife throwing can be deadly, imo more so then a knife stab. And to add to his close quarters danger. Trickster overpowered Lucas. We see in the cinematic, Lucas is a big muscular guy. And yet Trickster still did it. Heres an execerpt: "Ji-Woon grabs Lucas' neck in a chokehold, shoves the chloroform-soaked cloth into his face. The two struggle in a frenzied dance. Lucas twists from side to side, reaching his arms back, grabbing for anything. Ji-Woon resists the movement, holding the man in place with all his might. Lucas grabs a handful of hair and pulls Ji-Woon forward, breaking the chokehold. He bites deep into Ji-Woon's wrist, drawing blood. Ji-Woon screams through gritted teeth, pushing the cloth harder into Lucas' face until he's beating him with it. Lucas flails his other arm in a desperate bid, searching for a solution with no plan. I haven't seen the video yet, but I already want to say this thumbnail is gold (Also hi, I usually never write something under your videos, but I wanted to say I adore your channel and your laid back commentary. I am an absolute survivor main (I have like 1200 hours as a survivor and around 10 as a killer) and a lot of the points you bring as a killer main allows for a different perspective to the game and your tier list-videos are all amazing :D)
the billy example doesnt make sense, coz yeah irl u can dive out the way.. but also irl he could swing, miss, and just turn to swing at u again while ur on the floor.. there's no cooldown on a chiansaw

@@theARoberts thing is I don't really agree with what you said about tricksters weapon, if that thing hits you it will kill you, just look at the blade on it bro you gonna tell me that ain't gonna crack ya, you said his weapon ain't that good. I think His knives only have laceration meters cause of gameplay reason's, if he plants one in between your eyes (which he probably will cause of his skill with ranged projectiles) it will kill you. So I agree that he'd be one of the easiest to escape but fighting back unless you have your hole survivor team helping you then you will get wasted
One of the things to consider is the pain, you know how it feels to get hit by a bay? Or get stab? The electrisity of the doctor could probably make you fall down and take a break because of the pain
But a bone saw would have to actually saw to inflict any serious damage, which would take time and a way to keep the Survivor stationary, unlike many of the other weapons. Hers is just not that practical for what the role is trying to do.
I see the point you made with huntress' lore, however... Did you consider that she literally sings all the time? You would always know where she is and you could hide right? 😊
Since she has to get hatchets I think she would eventually find you if you’re just hiding in lockers near her. It’d buy time but eventually she’d either pick up on it or see you do it because not all hiding places are close by
But she's a huntress, literally someone who is "trained" (in her own way) to protect her territory and track prey down, so assuming that the entity makes the map her territory, for her to defend, you're toast, because you will leave trails that she can definitely follow
Top tier hunter that is lethal in every way shape and form. You cannot hide, nothing you can do to hide your tracks will work against canon huntress. You can only delay her.
She sings as a form of psychological warfare. You know she's coming, but not exactly where from, and there's nothing you can do to stop her from tracking you and hunting you down. She sings because she can.
nah trickster seems easy until one of you goes a lil too fast and boom a full leverage bat swing to the side of the head with a giant blade suddenly cuts 65% of the way through their head and instantly kills then then everyone else either frantically rushes him causing them to all get 1shot, 1 or 2 rush him and die even easier while one runs away or everyone else runs away and you get blades slicing into the back of your knees, achilles tendons, necks etc causing everyone to die, I'd say trickster is one of the most dangerous purely due to the fact that not only is he a fully conscious intelligent human who knows what he's doing and enjoys it (as apposed to the white eyes theory, mentally inactive and monsters) and because he has one of the top 3 most lethal weapons in the game rivalling the huntresses axe and the knights sword
I agree that if Trickster connected with the bat it would be game over, because that thing is lethal. Hence why I stressed the importance of getting in close very quickly to negate both that and the knives.
With Slinger your only shot I think is if you SOMEHOW get him to miss, grab a stick and hit his leg brace as hard as you can. The odds he misses? Very low. But he does have a spcefic weakness unlike most of the others.
Not suggested but if all four survivors go into lockers (assuming that’s where the entity still stores ranged weapons) you won’t be using only fists against those killers
I guess the question is, can she be hurt by a Survivor? We know that her scream during her blink is because the actual process is painful for her, but I'm not sure if that means a Survivor can inflict pain? Possibly. But you make a decent point that she does leave herself open to an attack when she's fatigued.
By any means I find your placement for skull merchant very funny but have you seen her cutscene she basically two men most likely stronger than her and kills them effortlessly and this was before she was taken😅
Which cutscene? I don't think I have. But those do often change my opinions. I used to not think Trapper was all that scary until I saw his cinematic. Similar with Huntress and her tome cutscenes.

I feel like there would be a solid chance with clown, since his lore says he is messy with his killings... So he probably isn't the most thought out killer and probably would throw bottles and hopes one lands. Plus he sounds like he's on the brink of lung failure constantly.
Concerning Onryo: have you considered smashing the TVs? There are plenty of rocks around the trial sites, I think that would give you a better chance. Not a great chance, but certainly a lot better!
I think itd be easier to overpower nurse or hag than trickster. Trickster is a large, strong, healthy man. Hag has no real weapon, or even muscle. Literally. Like she's basically mud and bone. And nurse, bone saws are ineffective weapons. She can't breath properly, she's physically weak, and using her power hurts her so much she screams and is stunned
So on one hand, I'd sort of agree. The catch for me is Hag and Nurse are both supernatural. While physically weaker than Trickster, Hag uses magic and Nurse could just blink out of any sort of physical hold.

I could put Trapper into Trickster since he is disloyal to the entity in general. Basically bribing him by sharing my artwork could be a good to go since he admires art too! It is one of the reason I love to play him as one of my main killers
Trapper would be the most likely to be able to get to turn against the Entity again, though he may be less inclined this time with the huge metal hooks serving as reminders of his punishment 🤔
Trickster has a blade on his bat, imagine catching multiple knives to the back, back of the head, chest, and face, I’m sure it’s not too comfortable, and have you seen his abs? I think you underestimate him.
Possibly, but that's why I said the key would be to get in as close as possible and team up on him. At range he's deadly, even mid-range with his bat. Up close would be the only way to render his weapons less effective. And even if he's in great shape, 4 v 1 is almost impossible at that point.

I dont feel like blight should be this high, just imagine how hard would it be to survive a monster, that can run at 50km/h (including his max speed w addons) and it dont even give you any chance to evade his attacks, is one of the strongest characters bc of his pustula serum injection, and more, even his weapon would be so painful to get hit, you literally get stabbed with a big metal skewer while its on a long stick wich give him even more speed plus he is literally the blight, he knows how to use his powers because he is doing it for like 500 years (if I feel it right, I dont understand a timeline of dbd) and even without it, he was a survivor for some time and By reference to his lore he was one of the best survivor to ever exist, and lastly he is one of the most powerful characters canonicaly. Thats why I feel like I definitely wouldnt escape him, he is just too op.

Honestly, there's so little variance between tiers for me on this one that the reality is that I'm not likely to escape any of them in a real life trial😂
Few thoughts in no particular order and removing the entities involvement, just the killers at face value. Slinger COULD be a very easy one irl... just rip a 2x4 off a pallet, buckle his knee, and take his weapon. I don't care for Trickster, but he doesn't need space to swing his bat, he could smack you in the face with the pommel of it and most people would be down for the count. I originally thought the Pig would be easy, but than I thought about the movies... The survivors would likely wake up with rigged traps on their heads (she doesn't play fair) and NOBODY escapes, regardless of her being weak personally. By far the individual Legion members would be the easiest fight here... at the end of the day, they're just teens with a knife.
I agree with Slinger for sure, you could also outrun him and his weapon does have a range limit. I still maintain that up close (I mean really up close) his bat loses a lot (not all) potency. The key would be to have all 4 Survivors attack at the same time. Not at all a sure thing, but 4 v 1 CQC is a very tough fight. (Though someone pointed out that very likely Trickster has military training, so that is a factor I hadn't considered) You're right to point out that Pig doesn't play fair, something I should have factored in. I agree the individual Legion members would be "easiest", however, I think I settled on if this was lore accurate instead of gameplay balanced, then it would likely be all 4 Legion members, making them much, much harder to take on together. @@theARoberts Watch the slingers Mori again... I wouldn't test his accuracy, that thing'd disembowel you. Most people can't take a direct clubbing to the head and keep going, so to beat the Trickster you'd have to find each other and plan the attack first. If all four members jumped one survivor at a time, and nobody helps, then yeah, nobody's surviving. I split them up because it's what they do in horror films (the strangers)
For doctor i feel he should be with nurse and others in that tier. The man literally generates ELECTRICITY so powerful you can literally see it traveling through the air/ground like mini thunder or lightning. . . Ignoring things for DBD balance and bringing that into the real world? Good luck, if one hit from that doesn't kill you then it's probably gonna have a pretty good chance to flat out paralyze you in which case you ain't out running anyone anymore 🤣.
You know I typically defend Artist but here I do agree with her placement I can’t make any arguement for her to be lower. However there is a placement I disagree with Trickster. Let me explain. his knifes are much more lethal than the game would let on. He isn’t throwing them very lightly he is putting force behind them. But that’s not all, since this is lore accurate trickster he isn’t missing knifes he has practiced with them his whole life so if he is throwing a knife it’s hitting you or someone else. Without addons you might have a chance. But when 5 knifes are sticking out of your chest (or back) you better hope Rebecca is there to treat you when you go into shock (that will kill you faster than the trickster) But trickster with addons good night your gonna die no chance you live, let me introduce you to the cut thru u single, “blades pierce through survivors.” Does anyone understand how sharp a glass knife has to be to go through the entire human body, and how hard you would have to throw a knife to have it go through a human body aswell and they don’t lose any speed? You get hit by 2-3 of these and your out of commission, but he can spend 11-13 knifes per survivor. That is a fair point about Trickster's knives, I neglected to consider how accurate he is. That said, I do still maintain that if you can get in close enough quickly enough you can negate his weapons' effectiveness greatly (not completely, just greatly). Also, I meant to mention it in the video but forgot, Trickster's lethality before the Fog was largely due to the element of surprise, something he'll lack in the realm.
The entity definitely has to make repairing generators something as natural as eating or even breathing since even Vittorio from the freaking 14th century knows how to do it.
Valid point, though he's had centuries to learn too. I've also heard theories that the realms are timeless. That or when Vittorio first got taken there was some other mechanism to open the gates?
He defeated Pyramid Head by facing his guilt, shame, and felt need of punishment. PH is a manifestation of his subconscious meant to force him to reckon with those feelings. Once he dealt with those, PH was no longer needed and destroyed himself. In DBD lore, the Entity reaches out at this point and invites PH to have a new purpose within the realm, not dependent on James' subconscious anymore. So within DBD, PH is now unstoppable with new purpose.
if im gonna be honest, you could not escape Skull Merchant on your own. Her weapon can cut through flesh and bone, she’s always aware of everything with her drones, surprising her is not easy. Read her lore and tome if you want to be fair.
I have not read her lore/tome yet so that's a valid point. That said, I think it would take the whole team trying to overwhelm her. She is very intelligent so it's probably unlikely I could take her on alone, especially with her tools/weapons
As an Artist, hopefully The Artist would spare me so we can collab lmao I would try to offer worship to The Plague to appease her. :O Bring The Spirit a mug of warm tea and a big fluffy coat to cheer her up! I'm dead every day to next sunday. Once i get invested in something and focus I find it incredibly hard to break, kind of like a flow state. The problem is that I'd completely forget about the killers and just keep ticking away at the gens figuring out why it doesnt work.
Yeah no I can't escape any of them. Huntress would snipe me, Ghosty would outsmart me, Onryo would simply look at me and I'd be gone and Nemesis would straight out sprint towards me and its over😭

Not sure, I can't remember. Part of that though is the element of surprise I believe. In the realm, Survivors are more aware they need to be on the lookout
if you look at texas chainsaw massacre movies then you realize escaping bubba boils down to "don't be stupid" also ghostface, escaping him is hard but far from impossible like in the movies you just kinda throw shit at him and sometimes even fight back
Haven't seen TCM but knowing the genre, that does make sense. And ReverseFlash is correct, DBD Ghost Face isn't like the Scream killers. DBD licensed the mask, not the movies, and he's an original character to DBD, much more intelligent, patient, and calculating than any of the killers in the Scream movies

When evwryone forgets killers' physical capabilities are enhanced and they aren't restricted to fast walking anymore. Just as you can run, they can also run in real life. You're outrunning none of them lmao.
@@ShyAmelia what 1 man forgets is most the killers are either decaying or weigh more than 400 lbs so chances are there slower in real life than on the game I mean look at myers he’s way faster in game
So I'm kind of going by trial rules, but more by lore and not by pure gameplay (i.e. Survivors being able to fight back). I'd argue that all the Killers being faster than Survivors is 100% gameplay necessity (at least in certain cases, i.e. Clown or Deathslinger) and would not be the case for an IRL trial. Thus, I wasn't applying that in this scenario.
I can certainly appreciate that. I'd definitely agree with that when it comes to Pyramid Head. One look at him and I'd be thinking of how to just ensure it would be quick.
Just sneak up on trickster if you can and right hook the hell out of him and like get his bat away from him if possible and or beat him with said bat he’s not stronger then the average person he just throws little knifes
@thornskiss8186 Not sure if even 4 people could take him, that bat can surely kill anyone with one swing. People severely underestimate the psychopath who is skilled with knives and has a metal bat with a blade attached
The key would be to get up close and fast to limit his weapons. His pre-fog lethality was greatly helped by the element of surprise too which he lacks in the fog. But if he gets you at any mid or long range we'd be done for.
I super doubt y'all would take out Skull merchant, more like she study's the opponent before she Acts looks can be deceiving but if you took the Time and look at her area she was actually practicing on real life humans mannequins which does have flesh inside she more likely to separate you all while the drones keep watch to ambition you until your dead but nice 😂 video tho

The demo take is so wrong if you watched season 4 of stranger things you would see how insane the demogorgon is your only chance to survive that is if you had fire
Have you ever thought about negotiating with...at least some of them, like i wouldn't do that obviously duh but what if what if you like idk just a thought from a friend of mine located far away in a village, you dont know him...or her what if you romanced one of em, let's say someone completely random lets pick Rin for instance, do i have a chance i mean you or me or anyone else
It's an interesting thought. With some of them who are made to kill against their will you might stand a chance with that, but if we take Trapper as an example, if they rebelled against the Entity they'd be punished severely. So it's possible that you could negotiate, but most likely not IMO.

I feel like you've overrated Pig and underrated Skull Merchant. Pig is VERY small. Apparently she weighs 50kgs or something like that. I don't think you need all 4 people to overpower her. I think one athletic person is enough. Skull Merchant on the other hand, her weapon is big, yes and big weapons are probably more clumsy from close range, but the difference between Trickster's and Merchant's weapons is that one is good at stabbing which is easy to do at close range.
To be fair, I got too focused on Amanda's traps. IF all 4 Survivors could coordinate against her, they could probably take her down. But, I think she'd still be similar to what I said about Ghost Face, smart, cunning, and stealthy. If she screwed that up, Survivors stand a chance together. If she didn't, they'd go down one-by-one.

I would have put Amanda at trickster lol. Weave a swipe heavy jab in her throat put her trap on her own head and stunner her (stone cold taunt) escape. But if I start WITH the trap….. 🪦 and according to DBD standards. It’s a 50/50

If we're going lore accurate, which is the angle I took, Legion is all 4. Fighting Trickster is really the only option, at range he'll be lethal. Clown we'd likely outrun, unless the Entity buffs his speed (not just for gameplay reasons as in game) Decent chance you could outrun Deathslinger, unless he got a shot off IMO Ghost Face would get you when you weren't paying attention, picking Survivors off 1 on 1 instead of multiple at a time. I'm not sure one could jump Charlotte 😅 If all 4 teamed up against SM I think that would work. I agree, Bubba could be outsmarted.
It's interesting how you think about the Trickster. I think his lore tells everything about him. He would for sure be one of the ones who you couldn't escape from. He might let you think you would (because the Trickster loves to play with his food) but ain't no way anyone could. 😭
A lot of my thoughts are based on his lore though, or more the fact that in his lore a lot of his potency comes from the element of surprise, no one suspecting he's a Killer, which is lost in the realm.
I feel like alot of people forget that canonically the entity Grant's its killers with supernatural strength and allows them to take stabbings and not really care.
@@theARoberts the blighted skins mention the mutations caused horrific levels of pain and some even have guts hanging out or massive open wounds and the killers were strong enough to break their chains. the knight is missing chunks of his body under his armor and is able to move and fight with zero hindrance (you can see this on certain cosmetics like the new event mask shows a chunk out of his neck) In the resident evil nemesis trailer we physically see Jill's bullets BOUNCE off nemesis like metal when in the actual lore the bullets would have still penetrated his skin like they do in resident evil 3. Showing the entity granting nemesis a higher level of durability then his source material. We even see evan (I think its him) as a survivor running from a giant spider as a survivor and he is nowhere near as big as his actual trapper verstion (since canonically all skins are canon as Baker once saw 17 different trappers some the same and some different meaning there are also copys of each skin all as separate beings in the realm.) (Tomes) That's the lore stuff and in gameplay its breaking pallets (which as someone who has worked with pallets...that's not easy you gotta be STRONG to do that) and how all killers have strength to put survivors on hooks like legion, skull merchant, and trickster which requires ALOT of strength
Haha well you truly are looking like a certain skin from Dwight 😄 So here is the deal. I would also put all these killers into different categories which I will explain later: - Trapper and Hag (yes Trapper is a brutal and tough guy that I don´t want to face but both killers are having traps as their main kit. So I think basically if you are careful enough you stand a chance of escaping them) - Ghostface, Skull Merchant and Wesker (I personally think these are killers that would generally outsmart you because each of them is quite intelligent in a different way. While you still have a chance of fighting Ghostface and Skull Merchant though, Wesker will completely destroy you once you´re in his hands; and I am also not Chris Redfield) - Hillbilly, Deathslinger, Legion, Blight and Wraith (well if you have good reflexes, you´re fast and have a good endurance.......I´d personally guess I could escape these killers because you can run away and dodge their abilities even I think it is hard to escape a brutal and sucessful bounty hunter like Deathslinger but still it would be possible. The chases against them though are one of the most intense ones because you permanently need an adrenaline kick) - Nemesis, Doctor, Demogorgon, Singularity, and Artist (these are killers that would generally terrify me because of their presence. Nemesis has zombies wandering around, the Doctor will find you everywhere, the Demogorgon can be heard everywhere so you always know that he can suddenly just run straight at you, the Singularity always knows where you are and can be behind you instantly and Artist can send her crows around and technically even if its not an active ability of her in the game, communicate with the crows that are already sitting everywhere on the map to figure out where you are. There are still chances to escape them but it is really hard) - Dredge, Sadako, Spirit and Nurse (these killers are just terrifying and would probably scare the hell out of me before I even could do something. Which basically means there is no place to feel safe and one big shock for me is probably already a sacrifice for the entity) - Oni, Knight, Pyramid Head and Huntress (they are basically Game Over for you, I mean just look at their brutal strenght and chase potential) - Freddy and Pinhead (I actually don´t think there is a chance escaping them but due to the fact that you can escape or slow Pinhead down and the fact that there are possibilities to counter Freddys dream world, I think it is a matter of how strong you are. Freddy is still pretty strong but there is a chance of fighting him. Pinhead.....well I just leave it as it is) - Pig and Clown (just get yourself a gas mask and you counter Clown pretty well and the Pig still is not a really "strong" person, no she is actually quite weak but has an insane endurance according to the Saw movies. Watch out for ambushes and even then you still have the chance of fighting against her which means she isn´t able to put a trap on your head. - Trickster (absolutely agree with you, that dude would be the first one to fall when he actually has to fight, but of course he still deals quite a lot of damage) - Bubba (well, I am sorry to say that but he is not the brightest bulb on earth, which of course has something to do with his family situation etc., I actually feel bad for him a lot, still watch out for the chainsaw. - Plague and Twins (I actually do not really know where to put them because they could be dangerous but also harmless at the same time) And the last category: Michael Myers (so hear me out, Michael might be just a guy who is standing there, takes his time and stalks people. Absolutely correct. But now imagine: You are escaping the trial and then sit at the campfire along the other survivors, having fun and being happy that you all escaped that nightmare of a shape. I can tell you, out of all killers, Michael Myers would be the one who then suddenly appears behind your back and finishes his killings no matter what. Well they don´t say for nothing: You can´t kill and you can´t escape the boogeyman.
I think I stand a decent chance of escaping Skull Merchant. Her manga-inspired kit is impractical, her posture is exploitably terrible, and I don't think Adriana Imai is quite as smart as she thinks she is. She would underestimate me, and I could get the upper hand with the good old sweep-the-leg.

I typically run an ace in the hole build i feel like the twins would appreciate the trinkets i collect, especially if i offer it to them because im only surviving if im the last one 💀

The Entity's definitely making tasks like repairing generators some kind of basic instinct, I think. If Mikaela's magic's real, and a 21-year-old rookie cop can cobble together a literal grenade from spare gen pieces, then working on a machine is a reasonable thing for them to be able to do haha. And if I'm not mistaken, The Entity also makes Survivors terrified of death every single trial, which further shows She can influence their minds. Would hate to have that deity in my head 😂
It's gotta be that, right? Or just that they learn it after being recycled through so many trials over time? But it would make sense for the Entity to instill that instinctual knowledge in them to give them the hope that she feeds off of. Yeah, definitely don't want her in our heads 😅 that would be awful

Skull Merchant is a normal human woman at the end of the day but she also has incredible tracking and evasion in her kit - which I think would make her difficult to actually take on. She'd have made a great survivor ngl.

I didn't forget. Trickster gassed the room and they were all paralyzed so they were at his mercy, which is not part of his kit in the realm.
Plague (emetophobia helllooooo) and Clown would be Absolute Brown Pants for me. (They're all in that club for me except maybe Legion, and MAYBE Myers, who would be Snowball's Chance) To be fair, I'd be sneaking from hiding place to hiding place, doing zero gens, minimal running, and only sneaky, terrified heals on other people.

In my head, the reason everyone knows how to repair gens is just because theyve been there a while. When survivors are new to the game, they usually arent doing gens much, so in my head, I imagine thats because they are new to the realm and havent learned how to do it yet, but as they repair with other, more experienced survivors, they learn.

Watching you reason Legion. I think people really underestimate how deadly a guy or even a kid with a knife is against an unarmed opponent.
I watched martial artists try to fight a 'knife' armed opponent and they'd stil get cut up (the video is on yt)
When you dont have a weapon, you're gonna die against a knife. Doesnt matter if an angsty teen is holding it or an adult stalky man like Ghostie. You're dead in a confrontation against a knife.
Trickster would be deadlier. He's the closest thing to a machine gun

That's a fair counterpoint, however, Legion aren't trained in knife fighting either (based on what I've read at least, if there's lore that suggests otherwise let me know). Going against Susie with a knife is a much different situation than going against Hunk with a knife for instance. And yes, you are correct that in order to win against an opponent with a knife, you are going to have to be willing to get cut.
I had not considered the likely military service of Trickster, that makes it a little more terrifying for sure.
@@theARoberts Yeah, I still you underestimate a knife. Even if you get cut by some non lethal wounds by Susie, they will reduce your ability to fight back. ie pain from the cuts and bleeding wounds.
Now true HUNK and Susie are whole different spectrums. I would say, you yourself with your stature you could overpower Susie and Julie, but still be injured. I'd say Susie is the weakest and Julie could put up a fight before going down. Joey and Frank, as males are stronger. I as a female, know that even teenage boys/young adults are strong. Frank and Joey are in a good shape and seem to be the street fighting type. They might not be trained like HUNK, but they can kill an average civillian. So I'd say even you or if its a 1v4. And all Legion is against you, you're dead by sheer numbers.
And against them and Ghostie and Trickster(basically any knife weilder imo), best bet is to turn tail and run.
I still think Trickster is by far the irl most lethal knife user. He has a frightening skill with throwing knives and is accurate with them (lore wise according to Crescendo trailer where he hits a bullseye with a dart and with a knife that splits the dart)
So even if you run against Trickster, he will kill you with the knives. And irl knife throwing can be deadly, imo more so then a knife stab.
And to add to his close quarters danger. Trickster overpowered Lucas. We see in the cinematic, Lucas is a big muscular guy. And yet Trickster still did it. Heres an execerpt: "Ji-Woon grabs Lucas' neck in a chokehold, shoves the chloroform-soaked cloth into his face. The two struggle in a frenzied dance. Lucas twists from side to side, reaching his arms back, grabbing for anything. Ji-Woon resists the movement, holding the man in place with all his might. Lucas grabs a handful of hair and pulls Ji-Woon forward, breaking the chokehold. He bites deep into Ji-Woon's wrist, drawing blood. Ji-Woon screams through gritted teeth, pushing the cloth harder into Lucas' face until he's beating him with it. Lucas flails his other arm in a desperate bid, searching for a solution with no plan. His hand relaxes, releasing Ji-Woon's hair. He slumps forward, head hitting the steering wheel, blasting the horn."

@@theARoberts thing is I don't really agree with what you said about tricksters weapon, if that thing hits you it will kill you, just look at the blade on it bro you gonna tell me that ain't gonna crack ya, you said his weapon ain't that good. I think His knives only have laceration meters cause of gameplay reason's, if he plants one in between your eyes (which he probably will cause of his skill with ranged projectiles) it will kill you. So I agree that he'd be one of the easiest to escape but fighting back unless you have your hole survivor team helping you then you will get wasted
One of the things to consider is the pain, you know how it feels to get hit by a bay? Or get stab? The electrisity of the doctor could probably make you fall down and take a break because of the pain

When it got to the nurse you said the weapon choice of the nurse could help me tank a few more hits, i was like, "It is literally a bone saw!"
But a bone saw would have to actually saw to inflict any serious damage, which would take time and a way to keep the Survivor stationary, unlike many of the other weapons. Hers is just not that practical for what the role is trying to do.
But it would be better for repeated sawing motion, not a slashing motion like in game

I see the point you made with huntress' lore, however... Did you consider that she literally sings all the time? You would always know where she is and you could hide right? 😊
Since she has to get hatchets I think she would eventually find you if you’re just hiding in lockers near her. It’d buy time but eventually she’d either pick up on it or see you do it because not all hiding places are close by
But she's a huntress, literally someone who is "trained" (in her own way) to protect her territory and track prey down, so assuming that the entity makes the map her territory, for her to defend, you're toast, because you will leave trails that she can definitely follow
Top tier hunter that is lethal in every way shape and form. You cannot hide, nothing you can do to hide your tracks will work against canon huntress. You can only delay her.
She sings as a form of psychological warfare. You know she's coming, but not exactly where from, and there's nothing you can do to stop her from tracking you and hunting you down. She sings because she can.
nah trickster seems easy until one of you goes a lil too fast and boom a full leverage bat swing to the side of the head with a giant blade suddenly cuts 65% of the way through their head and instantly kills then then everyone else either frantically rushes him causing them to all get 1shot, 1 or 2 rush him and die even easier while one runs away or everyone else runs away and you get blades slicing into the back of your knees, achilles tendons, necks etc causing everyone to die, I'd say trickster is one of the most dangerous purely due to the fact that not only is he a fully conscious intelligent human who knows what he's doing and enjoys it (as apposed to the white eyes theory, mentally inactive and monsters) and because he has one of the top 3 most lethal weapons in the game rivalling the huntresses axe and the knights sword
I agree that if Trickster connected with the bat it would be game over, because that thing is lethal. Hence why I stressed the importance of getting in close very quickly to negate both that and the knives.
With Slinger your only shot I think is if you SOMEHOW get him to miss, grab a stick and hit his leg brace as hard as you can.
The odds he misses? Very low. But he does have a spcefic weakness unlike most of the others.

As weak as I am, I would 100% beat Nurse. She has a fatigue after she blinks, which provides the perfect opportunity to deck her 😆
I guess the question is, can she be hurt by a Survivor? We know that her scream during her blink is because the actual process is painful for her, but I'm not sure if that means a Survivor can inflict pain? Possibly. But you make a decent point that she does leave herself open to an attack when she's fatigued.

Which cutscene? I don't think I have. But those do often change my opinions. I used to not think Trapper was all that scary until I saw his cinematic. Similar with Huntress and her tome cutscenes.

I feel like there would be a solid chance with clown, since his lore says he is messy with his killings... So he probably isn't the most thought out killer and probably would throw bottles and hopes one lands. Plus he sounds like he's on the brink of lung failure constantly.

Concerning Onryo: have you considered smashing the TVs? There are plenty of rocks around the trial sites, I think that would give you a better chance. Not a great chance, but certainly a lot better!

I think itd be easier to overpower nurse or hag than trickster. Trickster is a large, strong, healthy man. Hag has no real weapon, or even muscle. Literally. Like she's basically mud and bone. And nurse, bone saws are ineffective weapons. She can't breath properly, she's physically weak, and using her power hurts her so much she screams and is stunned
So on one hand, I'd sort of agree. The catch for me is Hag and Nurse are both supernatural. While physically weaker than Trickster, Hag uses magic and Nurse could just blink out of any sort of physical hold.

I could put Trapper into Trickster since he is disloyal to the entity in general. Basically bribing him by sharing my artwork could be a good to go since he admires art too! It is one of the reason I love to play him as one of my main killers
Trapper would be the most likely to be able to get to turn against the Entity again, though he may be less inclined this time with the huge metal hooks serving as reminders of his punishment 🤔
Trickster has a blade on his bat, imagine catching multiple knives to the back, back of the head, chest, and face, I’m sure it’s not too comfortable, and have you seen his abs? I think you underestimate him.
Possibly, but that's why I said the key would be to get in as close as possible and team up on him. At range he's deadly, even mid-range with his bat. Up close would be the only way to render his weapons less effective. And even if he's in great shape, 4 v 1 is almost impossible at that point.

I dont feel like blight should be this high, just imagine how hard would it be to survive a monster, that can run at 50km/h (including his max speed w addons) and it dont even give you any chance to evade his attacks, is one of the strongest characters bc of his pustula serum injection, and more, even his weapon would be so painful to get hit, you literally get stabbed with a big metal skewer while its on a long stick wich give him even more speed plus he is literally the blight, he knows how to use his powers because he is doing it for like 500 years (if I feel it right, I dont understand a timeline of dbd) and even without it, he was a survivor for some time and By reference to his lore he was one of the best survivor to ever exist, and lastly he is one of the most powerful characters canonicaly. Thats why I feel like I definitely wouldnt escape him, he is just too op.
Also, I hadn't considered a headshot with his cane. That would knock you unconscious immediately.

Honestly, there's so little variance between tiers for me on this one that the reality is that I'm not likely to escape any of them in a real life trial😂
Few thoughts in no particular order and removing the entities involvement, just the killers at face value.
Slinger COULD be a very easy one irl... just rip a 2x4 off a pallet, buckle his knee, and take his weapon.
I don't care for Trickster, but he doesn't need space to swing his bat, he could smack you in the face with the pommel of it and most people would be down for the count.
I originally thought the Pig would be easy, but than I thought about the movies... The survivors would likely wake up with rigged traps on their heads (she doesn't play fair) and NOBODY escapes, regardless of her being weak personally.
By far the individual Legion members would be the easiest fight here... at the end of the day, they're just teens with a knife.
I agree with Slinger for sure, you could also outrun him and his weapon does have a range limit.
I still maintain that up close (I mean really up close) his bat loses a lot (not all) potency. The key would be to have all 4 Survivors attack at the same time. Not at all a sure thing, but 4 v 1 CQC is a very tough fight. (Though someone pointed out that very likely Trickster has military training, so that is a factor I hadn't considered)
You're right to point out that Pig doesn't play fair, something I should have factored in.
I agree the individual Legion members would be "easiest", however, I think I settled on if this was lore accurate instead of gameplay balanced, then it would likely be all 4 Legion members, making them much, much harder to take on together.

Most people can't take a direct clubbing to the head and keep going, so to beat the Trickster you'd have to find each other and plan the attack first.
If all four members jumped one survivor at a time, and nobody helps, then yeah, nobody's surviving. I split them up because it's what they do in horror films (the strangers)
For doctor i feel he should be with nurse and others in that tier. The man literally generates ELECTRICITY so powerful you can literally see it traveling through the air/ground like mini thunder or lightning. . . Ignoring things for DBD balance and bringing that into the real world? Good luck, if one hit from that doesn't kill you then it's probably gonna have a pretty good chance to flat out paralyze you in which case you ain't out running anyone anymore 🤣.

You know I typically defend Artist but here I do agree with her placement I can’t make any arguement for her to be lower.
However there is a placement I disagree with Trickster. Let me explain.
his knifes are much more lethal than the game would let on. He isn’t throwing them very lightly he is putting force behind them. But that’s not all, since this is lore accurate trickster he isn’t missing knifes he has practiced with them his whole life so if he is throwing a knife it’s hitting you or someone else.
Without addons you might have a chance. But when 5 knifes are sticking out of your chest (or back) you better hope Rebecca is there to treat you when you go into shock (that will kill you faster than the trickster)

Does anyone understand how sharp a glass knife has to be to go through the entire human body, and how hard you would have to throw a knife to have it go through a human body aswell and they don’t lose any speed? You get hit by 2-3 of these and your out of commission, but he can spend 11-13 knifes per survivor.
No one can convince me that you wouldn’t die if 11-13 sharp glass knifes are sticking out of your body or have literally went straight through you.

That is a fair point about Trickster's knives, I neglected to consider how accurate he is. That said, I do still maintain that if you can get in close enough quickly enough you can negate his weapons' effectiveness greatly (not completely, just greatly). Also, I meant to mention it in the video but forgot, Trickster's lethality before the Fog was largely due to the element of surprise, something he'll lack in the realm.
The entity definitely has to make repairing generators something as natural as eating or even breathing since even Vittorio from the freaking 14th century knows how to do it.
Valid point, though he's had centuries to learn too. I've also heard theories that the realms are timeless. That or when Vittorio first got taken there was some other mechanism to open the gates?
Honest question to my SH fans, if James defeated 2 Pyramids and he is a normal human being, why couldn't you?
He defeated Pyramid Head by facing his guilt, shame, and felt need of punishment. PH is a manifestation of his subconscious meant to force him to reckon with those feelings. Once he dealt with those, PH was no longer needed and destroyed himself. In DBD lore, the Entity reaches out at this point and invites PH to have a new purpose within the realm, not dependent on James' subconscious anymore. So within DBD, PH is now unstoppable with new purpose.
if im gonna be honest, you could not escape Skull Merchant on your own.
Her weapon can cut through flesh and bone, she’s always aware of everything with her drones, surprising her is not easy.
Read her lore and tome if you want to be fair.
I have not read her lore/tome yet so that's a valid point. That said, I think it would take the whole team trying to overwhelm her. She is very intelligent so it's probably unlikely I could take her on alone, especially with her tools/weapons

Once i get invested in something and focus I find it incredibly hard to break, kind of like a flow state.

Haven't seen TCM but knowing the genre, that does make sense. And ReverseFlash is correct, DBD Ghost Face isn't like the Scream killers. DBD licensed the mask, not the movies, and he's an original character to DBD, much more intelligent, patient, and calculating than any of the killers in the Scream movies

When evwryone forgets killers' physical capabilities are enhanced and they aren't restricted to fast walking anymore. Just as you can run, they can also run in real life. You're outrunning none of them lmao.

So I'm kind of going by trial rules, but more by lore and not by pure gameplay (i.e. Survivors being able to fight back). I'd argue that all the Killers being faster than Survivors is 100% gameplay necessity (at least in certain cases, i.e. Clown or Deathslinger) and would not be the case for an IRL trial. Thus, I wasn't applying that in this scenario.
The trickster Idea would work as long as you aren't the 1st or 2nd survive to jump him, one hit with that bat and you're dead
Yeah, it would have to be a simultaneous move, and even then one of the four is likely going to get hurt or worse

I can certainly appreciate that. I'd definitely agree with that when it comes to Pyramid Head. One look at him and I'd be thinking of how to just ensure it would be quick.
Just sneak up on trickster if you can and right hook the hell out of him and like get his bat away from him if possible and or beat him with said bat he’s not stronger then the average person he just throws little knifes
Taking from cutscenes, he is very tall and sure knows how to use a knife, you'd have to be lucky to take him out like that

@thornskiss8186 Not sure if even 4 people could take him, that bat can surely kill anyone with one swing. People severely underestimate the psychopath who is skilled with knives and has a metal bat with a blade attached
The key would be to get up close and fast to limit his weapons. His pre-fog lethality was greatly helped by the element of surprise too which he lacks in the fog. But if he gets you at any mid or long range we'd be done for.
You should make a chapter with you in it with a killer and perks

I super doubt y'all would take out Skull merchant, more like she study's the opponent before she Acts looks can be deceiving but if you took the Time and look at her area she was actually practicing on real life humans mannequins which does have flesh inside she more likely to separate you all while the drones keep watch to ambition you until your dead but nice 😂 video tho
The mannequin fact is highly disturbing indeed. That said, if I were to state it differently, I don't think I'm escaping any of them, it's just more of who do I stand any chance at all of, even if it's a microscopically slim chance😅

It's an interesting thought. With some of them who are made to kill against their will you might stand a chance with that, but if we take Trapper as an example, if they rebelled against the Entity they'd be punished severely. So it's possible that you could negotiate, but most likely not IMO.

I feel like you've overrated Pig and underrated Skull Merchant. Pig is VERY small. Apparently she weighs 50kgs or something like that. I don't think you need all 4 people to overpower her. I think one athletic person is enough.
Skull Merchant on the other hand, her weapon is big, yes and big weapons are probably more clumsy from close range, but the difference between Trickster's and Merchant's weapons is that one is good at stabbing which is easy to do at close range.
Pig is very stealthy and pick off survivord 1 by 1, but i agree
Amanda Young in the films regularly took down groups of men bc of her stealth and viciousness so I think only if they managed to corner her somehow
To be fair, I got too focused on Amanda's traps. IF all 4 Survivors could coordinate against her, they could probably take her down. But, I think she'd still be similar to what I said about Ghost Face, smart, cunning, and stealthy. If she screwed that up, Survivors stand a chance together. If she didn't, they'd go down one-by-one.

Fighting Trickster is really the only option, at range he'll be lethal.
Clown we'd likely outrun, unless the Entity buffs his speed (not just for gameplay reasons as in game)
Decent chance you could outrun Deathslinger, unless he got a shot off
IMO Ghost Face would get you when you weren't paying attention, picking Survivors off 1 on 1 instead of multiple at a time.

It's interesting how you think about the Trickster. I think his lore tells everything about him. He would for sure be one of the ones who you couldn't escape from. He might let you think you would (because the Trickster loves to play with his food) but ain't no way anyone could. 😭
A lot of my thoughts are based on his lore though, or more the fact that in his lore a lot of his potency comes from the element of surprise, no one suspecting he's a Killer, which is lost in the realm.

I feel like alot of people forget that canonically the entity Grant's its killers with supernatural strength and allows them to take stabbings and not really care.

@@theARoberts the blighted skins mention the mutations caused horrific levels of pain and some even have guts hanging out or massive open wounds and the killers were strong enough to break their chains. the knight is missing chunks of his body under his armor and is able to move and fight with zero hindrance (you can see this on certain cosmetics like the new event mask shows a chunk out of his neck)
In the resident evil nemesis trailer we physically see Jill's bullets BOUNCE off nemesis like metal when in the actual lore the bullets would have still penetrated his skin like they do in resident evil 3. Showing the entity granting nemesis a higher level of durability then his source material.
We even see evan (I think its him) as a survivor running from a giant spider as a survivor and he is nowhere near as big as his actual trapper verstion (since canonically all skins are canon as Baker once saw 17 different trappers some the same and some different meaning there are also copys of each skin all as separate beings in the realm.) (Tomes)
That's the lore stuff and in gameplay its breaking pallets (which as someone who has worked with pallets...that's not easy you gotta be STRONG to do that) and how all killers have strength to put survivors on hooks like legion, skull merchant, and trickster which requires ALOT of strength

So here is the deal. I would also put all these killers into different categories which I will explain later:
- Trapper and Hag (yes Trapper is a brutal and tough guy that I don´t want to face but both killers are having traps as their main kit. So I think basically if you are careful enough you stand a chance of escaping them)
- Ghostface, Skull Merchant and Wesker (I personally think these are killers that would generally outsmart you because each of them is quite intelligent in a different way. While you still have a chance of fighting Ghostface and Skull Merchant though, Wesker will completely destroy you once you´re in his hands; and I am also not Chris Redfield)
- Hillbilly, Deathslinger, Legion, Blight and Wraith (well if you have good reflexes, you´re fast and have a good endurance.......I´d personally guess I could escape these killers because you can run away and dodge their abilities even I think it is hard to escape a brutal and sucessful bounty hunter like Deathslinger but still it would be possible. The chases against them though are one of the most intense ones because you permanently need an adrenaline kick)
- Nemesis, Doctor, Demogorgon, Singularity, and Artist (these are killers that would generally terrify me because of their presence. Nemesis has zombies wandering around, the Doctor will find you everywhere, the Demogorgon can be heard everywhere so you always know that he can suddenly just run straight at you, the Singularity always knows where you are and can be behind you instantly and Artist can send her crows around and technically even if its not an active ability of her in the game, communicate with the crows that are already sitting everywhere on the map to figure out where you are. There are still chances to escape them but it is really hard)
- Dredge, Sadako, Spirit and Nurse (these killers are just terrifying and would probably scare the hell out of me before I even could do something. Which basically means there is no place to feel safe and one big shock for me is probably already a sacrifice for the entity)
- Oni, Knight, Pyramid Head and Huntress (they are basically Game Over for you, I mean just look at their brutal strenght and chase potential)
- Freddy and Pinhead (I actually don´t think there is a chance escaping them but due to the fact that you can escape or slow Pinhead down and the fact that there are possibilities to counter Freddys dream world, I think it is a matter of how strong you are. Freddy is still pretty strong but there is a chance of fighting him. Pinhead.....well I just leave it as it is)
- Pig and Clown (just get yourself a gas mask and you counter Clown pretty well and the Pig still is not a really "strong" person, no she is actually quite weak but has an insane endurance according to the Saw movies. Watch out for ambushes and even then you still have the chance of fighting against her which means she isn´t able to put a trap on your head.
- Trickster (absolutely agree with you, that dude would be the first one to fall when he actually has to fight, but of course he still deals quite a lot of damage)
- Bubba (well, I am sorry to say that but he is not the brightest bulb on earth, which of course has something to do with his family situation etc., I actually feel bad for him a lot, still watch out for the chainsaw.
- Plague and Twins (I actually do not really know where to put them because they could be dangerous but also harmless at the same time)
And the last category:
Michael Myers (so hear me out, Michael might be just a guy who is standing there, takes his time and stalks people. Absolutely correct. But now imagine: You are escaping the trial and then sit at the campfire along the other survivors, having fun and being happy that you all escaped that nightmare of a shape. I can tell you, out of all killers, Michael Myers would be the one who then suddenly appears behind your back and finishes his killings no matter what. Well they don´t say for nothing: You can´t kill and you can´t escape the boogeyman.
I really like your thought process on a lot of these and appreciate you sharing all of that!
I think I stand a decent chance of escaping Skull Merchant. Her manga-inspired kit is impractical, her posture is exploitably terrible, and I don't think Adriana Imai is quite as smart as she thinks she is. She would underestimate me, and I could get the upper hand with the good old sweep-the-leg.
