For 40 years, Mariah has been giving everyone what they wanted from her considering the fact that she already had the nodules at the very start of her career in the 90s and knowing that her personal life esp around the 1990s and 2000s was so f*kked up that almost cost her life, she still fought and gave us an amazing catalogue for 4 decades. Yet this is what some fans are giving her. Mariah NO LONGER needs to prove anything. She has an icredibly unique tone. She inspired thousands of singers around the globe. She's an amazing songwriter. She's an icon.
I believe this was live and it was still sounded amazing despite her colds.

This wasn't lipped apart from the finale cause she's constantly adjusting the mic's distance from her mouth.. when Mariah lipsyncs she keeps the mic super close to her mouth to almost cover it up.. like she does at the end..

She gained a bit of her weight back over the holidays. I’m actually convinced that it’s a side affect from the steroids she takes for her vocal nodes because if you notice she gains a bit of weight before her recent tours which would be when she’s on a steroid. Don’t fight me. Just an observation.
