So glad to see your feeling better and getting out and about. My oldest son was deployed to Iraq with the Marines and has some of the same problems your having. He found a local group that gets together and talk and they all support each other and he says that it made a big difference in how he feels. He got selected to go on a hunt with Black Rifle Coffee for vets and met some fellow people with the same type of problems... he said he had the time of his life and made some very good friends. I had to go back and watch again on one of the other channels. I didn't catch the end of the video the first time I watched it. The dog was barking and then the furnace kicked on. A furnace is for keeping your house warm when it is cold out. It is "cold" out when the temperature is below what it takes to freeze water. Since it is always warm in California, I wasn't sure that if you knew that. But seriously, walking the dog is good for you. We might do the same this afternoon. It might actually get up to forty today. Good to see another post from you Mario.
