I’ve been a leicester fan for pretty much my entire life and I feel as if everything has crumbled in and around the club this season if we are to be relegated it will have a huge impact at the club but we have done the impossible several times. I will stay hopeful. 💙
I still think you have the quality to stay up, I think a new voice should get the players motivated for the final few games i'd expect!
I feel for you. Here in the US we don’t have relegation. But I was a MLS Earthquakes fan almost since their inaugural MLS season. My wife and I attended games and supported the club. Then ownership moved the team to Houston, Texas, about 1200 miles away. We felt betrayed. Now there’s a new Earthquakes team but it’s not the same. Being relegated must have almost the same feeling.
Surely it has to be the owner the investment just stopped randomly
@@fifa4lifeunknow795 the lack of signings/investment was due to the club being in debt the owners recently paid off 194 Million Pounds worth of debt
@@Vizeh definitely agree with you there if we can get someone new in charge to motivate the players we can definitely get out of the relegation zone because our squad is too good for relegation with players like Maddison and Tielemans
Here in Italy, Leicester's title has been compared to when Hellas Verona won the scudetto in Serie A, back in 1985, something surprising when you consider that Juventus had Platini (and won the European Cup that year) and Napoli had just bought Maradona, not to mention other competitors like Inter Milan, AC Milan, or AS Roma.
Verona did go on to be relegated, 5 years later, so the comparisons with Leicester can still be applied.
Oh dear
"Juventus had Platini (and won the European Cup that year)." Sadly some of us are all too aware of that year's final.
@@_FsEk yeah, one of football's darkest days. May they Rest in Peace
@@NIDELLANEUM It was the very first European Cup final I watched at the age of seven. Never forgotten.
You can't compare 80's football to today it's a completely different world
This is a good summary; but the specific event that started the rot was when Brendan suspended several key players for having a weekend get together during the "lockdown" era of the UK. This unprecedented team suspension that no other team worldwide imposed happened while Leicester were sitting pretty in the Top 4. It was a big gamble on Brendan's part to flex his personal authority; but the team never looked the same in the Prem from that point forward. He then started making very strange personnel decisions. We won the FA Cup with a 532 that crushed Man Utd and nicked Chelsea with Nacho and Ayoze, but then he never used that formation again. He froze out Soyuncu, a player who was once EPL team of the season. He bought Vestegaard for $15 million then never let him play. He then threw away the opening game of the season when he used no substitutes, then said the day was too hot. Every time a player had a man of the match performance - that player would never see the pitch again (Chowdury, Mendy)... then he benched Schmeichel as he was about to record his 150th straight start and sold him the week before the season began... very strange conduct; almost like he was working to undermine Leicester
Yes it seems as if he wanted to be sacked to get the big payday all the while knowing he would get another job. Of course he's always been stubborn in his ways, what he says goes, always.
The man is narcissistic full of his own self importance.
I think Brendan Rogers is a complete tool. The whole lockdown thing even more so makes him look like a tyrant now we can look back on that whole farce for what it was…a way for powerful men to control the masses.
Welcome to what Celtic faced. Great early successes, but Brendan really does only care about himself.
Didnt know that
Another good video as usual mate as a Leicester fan myself I’m becoming increasingly worried about our future and what’s going to happen to us as over the last 2 seasons this is one of the biggest declines I’ve ever seen what’s been our problem has been not playing our best players, injurys, buying players that haven’t really worked in our team, confidence lost, conceding too to many set piece goals and multiple other issues it’s sad to see what’s happened to us thanks for bringing this to peoples attention 🦊
Leicester City are a well run club that i've got alot of respect for obvious, i'm very surprised Rodgers was not sacked earlier i'll be honest
@@Vizeh we will find out if Leicester are well run depending on if they do go on to appoint Jesse Marsch, really hope we don't.
I’ll be honest mate I think you’re down, there just seems to be no fight from the better players in your squad and the others aren’t good enough
Vardy 1 goal in nearly 30 matches

The story of Leicester is so interesting, from promoted to Champions now potentially back to the Championship. I think it's likely they become a yoyo club like Norwich
I kinda hope not, be some come down that
That or they do a Sunderland
Yup. People forget, for every rising club one must fall.
I think it’s pretty obvious that with the ascension of Newcastle and Brighton, Leicester and west ham are in the toilet.
As Newcastle continues to grow spurs, will be the next club to plummet
@@alexsmith6322 Once Son and Kane leave, I can easily see Spurs declining into a mid table club, if not worse
@@alexsmith6322 wouldn't say Brighton, one good season doesn't establish them
Even if they get relegated still there 2016 run is so incredibly legendary it can go for 15 years and it will still be remembered
I kind of hope they don't just so it doesn't ruin that like
rose scums (as viz might himself say) won the prem too but they are nowhere to be seen
Leicester will survive
I fell in love with a Team that were creative, attractive to watch and a force to be reckoned with. Now we're dull, defensively fragile and unable to even try to compete in games week after week. It breaks my heart to see my club be this poor. I thought I saw it all last season from stooping down to 13th and dropping down to The Conference League I truly thought we could bounce back and start off fresh. I've never seen a Team so disheartened and lacking in confidence but filled with so much talent in my life, We are truly poor.
It’s ridiculous considering how good some of your players are, I think you’ll survive personally
I know it’s probably a small part, but I can’t help but wonder if Vardy getting older and Schmeichel getting sold are the reasons this ‘facade’ may have faded
The EPL title winning Leicester was one big family. From the players all the way to the owners. You could tell how much support ran throughout every single person.
That season was so special man!
I feel that the tragic death of their owner might have affected a lot the culture around the club
@Bangel Forever My BTVS ship Always how can you get robbed if you didn't even finish second lol
Owners should sell up. Need new investment from new backers. The love affair with the Thai owners should end now.
In the past, Spanish football might heard about the Galician-based giants Deportivo de la Coruna. They were one of the European threats in the beginning of millenium, having won the historic La Liga back in 1999/2000 with the worst points overall (69) in the history of the competitions. The win was even surprising because at that time there were 3 big teams who were the contenders such as Barcelona, who were the league holders, and both Real Madrid and Valencia that reached the season's Champions League Final, with the former being the winners. Deportivo also won 2 Copa del Rey trophies, including a shock win over Real Madrid in 2002, when the club celebrated the centenary at Bernabeu, and even made a big comeback against Milan in 2004 to reach the Champions League semifinals.
In 2011, Deportivo were relegated, and it was repeated three times, with 2020 being the most recent one, demoting to Primera Division RFEF.
These series are the best thing I"ve seen on this channel, are you taking suggestions? If so, please do one on Seleção Brasileira. Will we ever get the 6th? Cheers mate, love your content

wow. we had an awful 20/21 season (sheffield united) being relegated whilst Leicester were wining the FA cup, now next year we might be in a higher division than them. its so sad to see Leicester's downfall in such a short amount of time. I really hope they can somehow stay up and it would be good for my Leicester supporting brother.
Crazy to think that Leicester was in the Semi-Finals of the European Conference League too just last year!
@@Vizeh and almost went to final
Covid hit Utd as hard as it hit any premier league club.. still feeling it, I’d say.
It could be over Viz but it's never too late for Leicester to come back
As a derby county fan I feel really sorry what as happened to Leicester city they where a very good side in fact the best in the East Midlands not now though I think the players are to blame for all that is happening.....good luck Leicester in the last few games ...
I think the death of the owner probably still has some sort of effect on the club. Honestly if they can avoid going down, they should hire Pochettino, yes Poch is washed because of PSG, but PSG do that to everyone that is their manger. I think Pochettino could probably challenge for any sort of Europa football.
You may not be wrong, it sounds bad to say but the ideas of the club was from his vision so without him and his nature to get things done that made it successful, it may have caused this situation that decisions aren't being made correctly
@@Vizeh Maybe the reason Rodgers lefted was because he wanted to not have a relegation on his cv and he feels he wasn't backed, so he couldn't save these lot from relegation. I found it werid that he just lefted out of nowhere.😶
Not only top had to go and take over football club from his father but also have to take over a business empire that was reeling from lack of tourism possible issues with the military government and then eventually the loss of revenue from COVID-19. He had a lot on his plate and did not really take a lot of leadership changes after his father died. Susan was pretty much a business side of the club after Vichai died.
Yea I don’t know why they haven’t gone for Poch, instead they’ve got Dean Smith who’s basically a championship manager. Pretty low bar they’re going for.

Such a friggin legend you are lad hahah
sacking rodgers for marsch is just stupid, but from what is available marsch is one of the best and he’s a solid coach
Completely agree, at least on the sacking Rodgers for Marsch bit, your problem is investment.
I also think that looking at their transfer history since the league win, there have been inexplicable transfer decisions like blowing over 50 million on slimani and musa, with further seasons seeing other flops such as Adrian silva and nampalys mendy. The reason that this is bad is that the knock on effect on ffp is affecting their current ability to spend
I hope Leicester don't become a new blackburn in the 90s. The story of Leicester is a warning to teams like Brighton, Brentford and wolves (who are in a similar scenario with Leicester atm tho nd think they will survive) that things can change quickly.
A big issue for Leicester is their reluctance to deal with other teams, Arsenal and Newcastle have clearly shown interest in Tielemans and Maddison over the last year but both clubs failed to sign the players, it would seem that Leicester priced them out of moves which would be fine if they have a number of years left but instead Tielemans is going for free when they could have got £25-30m last summer and Maddison they’ll be lucky to get £35m where they could have got £50-60m last summer.
The fact they may lose Tielemans on a free is wild to me
We've had this issue for a while now, Leicester has brought through so much talent but we always sell them in their prime. We've been seen as a stepping stone club because of this, for this reason we tend to sell players at a high cost but more and more clubs are being turned off because of it.
It's such a huge oversight and now really struggling because of it.
Leicester is a club built off a model of buying players like fofana or developing players like chilwell and selling them on to replace them with new, young players
@Salt Major This is the big issue, No one can see leicester as a long term team and down tools as soon as a bid comes in. Tielemens and Maddison both "Couldn't focus" during the transfer window, players are paid way to much money just trying to keep them to stay.
Our biggest achievement of winning the PL and then trying to keep that momentum has honestly been our downfall, we over pay and under spend trying to cling on. We have so many players who's contracts end in the summer that will leave as free agents and even more ending next summer that we'll not capitalise on it's so frustrating.
If we go down this season we won't be coming back to the Prem anytime soon.
We held out and held out on selling Fofana to get the highest price, but at a cost of not having any time whatsoever to use some of the funds. We also left ourselves with no time to replace Schmeichel, and likewise didn't secure Lookman for the next season at the last minute. Yes we needed to sell players, both some big names and a lot of the dead wood, and consolidate into a leaner more efficient unit, but work needed to start on this as of day 1 of the transfer window, so the club could ultimately adjust and prepare for the coming season. Same with replacing Rodgers too, whose head was clearly gone last season. Ultimately the club owners didn't have it them to admit reality and make the tough decisions required.
Never been a Leicester fan, but I respect the club. A few years after my favourite team won the championship in Romania it gone bankrupt. Hopefully Leicester will remain in the Premier League to cause more havoc for the big 6 in the future.
Hope your 2nd baby will have good health I didn't I had a 50% chance of surviving a surgery
As a leicester fan I will take him because I want to see a manager that care about every goal we scored and has a go at the players if we make a mistake
Marsch is a passion merchant so you're not wrong there hahaha
@@Vizeh now we are getting fuck Dean Smith for fuck sake
I can't wait to play Bristol next season
Y'all are legends no matter what. Still salty about that 2015/16 season as an Arsenal fan tho 🙄😂
As someone who lives in Leicestershire and the majority of my friends and family support Leicester, I feel so bad for them having to go through this. Not only that, but having seen the insane underdog run they pulled off w/ winning the league just a year after a miraculous escape from relegation and then going on to reach the quarter-finals of the UCL only to be stopped by the previous season's runners-up is smth I don't think many ppl who know about it will ever forget. W/ Blackburn potentially getting promoted this year, that's another reason I hope they stay up, since it'll mean there's a chance that next season all seven teams that have won the PL will be playing in it in one season for the first time in 20yrs, and back then only three of them had won it.
I've also played football inside the dome at their old belvoir road training ground that's now home to their womens team.
Rodgers leaving has been a long time coming since last season. I thought he would be gone at the end of the season regardless if they went down or not but he was gone the day after I tweeted it 😂 be interesting to see where they go from here and what happens. They're not the same level of quality they were back in 2020/21 and its becoming worrying that, down the bottom, some of the teams actually have more than Leicester do in certain areas of the pitch.
I don’t rate Rodger’s as a manager and he is the main reason Leicester are in peril. Watch him get another lucrative contract after the mess he has left them in.
Brendan Rodgers deserves to get sacked for playing Danny Ward as Leicester 1st choice goalkeeper.
Where was the funds for a new keeper mind you u guys lost fofona over the summer too so getting a replacement for him was just about as important as the keeper which one you think was important GK or CB yall were fucked before the season Eben started due to lack of competence on the leicester board but continue to hate on the man that gave you Europe over consistent seasons
I’m a Leicester fan, at the moment I’m severely worried about the drop as even though we would maintain a lot of our key players the championship is a very tricky league to be in even for a quality squad if we stay up we need a complete reshape. However I don’t believe we can point blame on the ownership as it’s completely out of his control what happened with Covid and Rogers may have been kept too long but there was good reason to still believe in him especially after the spurs performance, we looked back to our best. Hopefully we stay up but if not I will continue supporting my club no matter what
Maddison is gone if you go down. No way he’s going to play in the Championship. Also time for Vardy to go. He’s finally shown his age and is expensive.
😂🤣 Shut up we're top of the league ffs!
Quality video as per usual vizeh, love the informative formate that manages to both be entertaining and educational. Would love to see a video about how Bournemouth rose from league two and near liquidation like bury to the premier league and are now owned by Micheal B Jordan but I understand it’s a niche topic 😂
Bournemouth would be a great video to do! I’ll be doing that soon!
@@Vizeh ahh thank you 😂 means a lot tbh since we are often times just disregarding as a tinpot club, which we are to a certain extent, but there’s lots of reasons off the top of the head why we aren’t
The "Feb 01 2020" effect for the FA Cup 2021 is hilarious
Didn't even notice that loool
as a Leicester fan, it is crushing to watch especially because all the games I have to watch are at 3am on days before I have training or games. so doing this just to watch us not win in literal months and be the 4th worst team in top 5 Europe leagues is just crushing. But I know even if we do get relegated. we will be back.
Looks like Leicester City is doing the Schalke 04 move, but just in the Premier League 💀
As a Leicester fan, idk what to say at this point. Maddison had taken his blame for the Bournemouth goal and even deactivated his Twitter so he doesn’t get hate and j don’t blame him. Rodger’s should’ve been sacked ever since the start of the 22/23 season.the club is in shambles and the club just doesn’t care.
Hopefully a new appointment in manager can help us reinstate some confidence quickly. As an American Leicester fan, yes I’d love Marsch but at this point I just want a strong end to the season to avoid the drop and try and rebuild a culture for next year and onward. But at the same time, if we do drop, with so many expiring contracts and players with only a year remaining, maybe we sell off and start fresh and try and fight back to the Prem next year. 🦊
Good points. It's worth mentioning the owner just paid off about 300million quid of club debt. So the future remains secure.
Congratulations Liam, I hope you feel that any gamble you've taken previously has worked or was at least worth doing. You should be very proud of your family and the content you make, as you've earned it.
I love you man, thank you
Dont worry go down tones of money will come, win championship go back up tonnes of money thats life
incredibly well put together video, ur knowledge abt the club is spot on, as a leicester fan myself this was incredibly entertaining and well put together
Never should have sacked Claudio Ranieri, should have added new players in rotation either loan or home grown. This would have prevented the burn out players experienced the season after winning the prem. To many games not enough players. This also contributed to the form of the current squad being overworked. Winning the premier league is like the start of a fire. You need to keep the fire going by continuously added new wood.
maybe I wasn't paying attention but never thought Leicester was a genuine chance to be relegated until Rodgers was sacked.
Hope Leicester can stay up - they were for a long time the model club of what could be achieved with great owners, ambition and investment into the club. Seems they have lost their way over time but for a club like theirs to rise and win both a PL and FA Cup in this era where money speaks volumes and the top 6 corrupt cartel fight tooth and nail to stop anyone else competing is still a remarkable achievement.
Vardy to have his swansong in the championship, get them promoted being top goal scorer then retiring
Here we go. The Leicester FFP CHEATS are coming to the championship to disregard the rules again and cheat there way to promotion. Why the hell don’t the other clubs make a stand and stop the cheats ?
Quite sad seeing the fall in such a short period going from winning the Premier League to staring relegation I the face now....i mean the relegation battle is so close any of the bottom six still could go down its still very close down there. Apart from Southampton who I think are now doomed.
I hope it doesn't become another Deportivo la Coruna or Blackburn Rovers. Former champions that sank and haven't moved back up.
Letting Schmeichel go was a big mistake, and using Amartey in defence is a mistake, he is better as a defensive mid. And not using Vestergaard makes no sence IMO
It all went downhill when they sacked Claudio.
Congrats on you and Sonia’s pregnancy with your daughter
Vardy is irreplaceable, and hes past his peak
Absolutely tragic.
It's just gutting to see what is going on there, unfortunately it's another case of a club being too ambitious and going about their ambitions in the completely wrong way, and this has screwed them over financially. Leicester are unhated by everyone for a reason - they were brave and exciting, and of course the success they've had is unbelievable. Obvs the timing of covid completely messed up their plans, but the quality is still there - the likes of Maddison, Barnes, Iheanacho, Tielemans, Soyuncu, Pereira etc are all still on the payroll and crucial in those 2 years where they were fighting for CL, but most of these players are just downing tools and running down their contracts, with only Maddison and on occasion Barnes really showing any quality. Trouble is, even if they do survive, all of those players that will leave in the summer (by force as well given that they can't afford to keep them) and those whose contracts run out in the next year will be gone, and they need replacing - but they can't really afford to replace them it seems. So it feels as if a relegation is inevitable in the next few years, and honestly it's so sad to see.
No matter what happens, they'll still have more trophies than Spurs this century and a lot of respect.
Congrats with the baby news Vizeh
As a Newcastle/Bournemouth fan, I hope we- AFCB- stay up, but Leicester can do it if they channel the spirit of 14/15 Ig
Not a Leicester fan at all but the last 20 odd years have been a fantastic watch for the neutral footie fanatic. Hope you lot stay up!!
The decline of leicester is coincidental with the end of a legend. Jamie Vardy.
England never knew they had a goal scoring genius, a winner, an indomitable spirit. That came from minor leagues at a late stage in his life and lifted a nobody team to the pinnacle. Breaking up the money spending status quo. He might have been the the national teams difference between Final and Semi Final.
Lighteningly quick highly skilled extremely inteligent. Equally deadly with both feet. His greatest feat was not winning the EPL not being a perrenial top scorer not beating the odds and elevating himself at a late stage to superstardom. His greatest feat is making Danny Drinkwater a decent player look like a real midfield maestro. There will never be another like him in history.
Agreed. Southgate was to stupid to use him properly it was a CRIME not to put him on in the WC when Kane was tired and injured.
Kane struggled for England in big tornaments. Because he is such a supreme passer he could have played behind Vardy.
Just give me the Huth, all I want is the Huth. Miss those league winning daze.
Hey mate , The only thing I can say about our Lesta 🦊 is even if we do go down , we will be back and win something before spurs do 😂 LCFC TILL I DIE

If either Nottingham or Leicester get relegated, we will have the 3 East Midlands Rivals all in different leagues. Truly surreal, imagine telling someone that back when all 3 were in the championship
I love Leicester City❤😢
Plz do a video about Southampton
Leicester winning the premier league title was a brilliant achievement and tbh id forgot they won the fa cup recently. Shame to see them in such a dire situation. Hope they can pull of another miracle!
Most of the issues - lack of depth and injuries hurting the high-energy playstyle - were caused by a lack of money, which in turn were caused by the ultimate root issue: missing out on top 4 twice. That, in turn, can be blamed on Rodgers - but it's his style that even got them that close to begin with. Clearly it was a high-risk managerial tenure that sadly missed the mark (FA Cup win notwithstanding).
It would be interesting to see Potter with Leicester, even or especially if they go down. He could prove himself (again) by turning them into a successful project and bringing them back up.
Rodgers I hope gets a fresh start somewhere, he still has it in him... I'd love to see him at Leeds lol.
Marsch shouldn't manage in the Premier League at all, he needs to go down the ladder by a rung (or two) or go back to a much smaller pond to prove himself.
Nottingham Forest
Leicester City
Southampton
My Predictions of teams to be relegated
I still feel Leicester will survive - there's enough potential points there for them to get. Southampton were long gone, and I REALLY want you to be wrong with Forest, but you just feel like the winnable games have run out for them now and it's too late
pro tip for reading long names, break it down, Sri- Vadhana-Prabha
Maybe they could ask Ranieri to come back in order to try to save the team for this season
Vardy has been terrible lately but they'll never let him go
Leicester relied on Vardy for too long and now he’s past his best and now Maddison probably on his way to arsenal or Man Utd. If Leicester goes down they will have trouble getting back up. Wish them all the best from a Liverpool fan

As a Spurs fan, I’d take Maddison for long term and Vardy as cover for a season or maybe two. The rest I wouldn’t touch
Enjoy what you had. Build it again. Patience.
The fairy tale is over, back to league 1 you go.
I'm very annoyed with our situation my friend
Ig our biggest issue is morale and depth... I'm still mad at the fact that we couldn't get a fucking goalie
I’ve supported Leicester my whole life, it is never easy being a Leicester fan, ever. In 2016 I was 9 years old and I remember my dad telling me how good the opening game was against Sunderland and I was hearing the words “top of the league”, those words stuck with me all season for some reason and we miraculously won the premier league title and finished “top of the league”. The following season however things were never the same, yet we still made the quarter finals of the champions league. Brendan Rodgers has actually done really well at Leicester, apart from this season, three years ago we narrowly missed out on champions league for the second time, the following season we did the same again and won the FA Cup, which was one of the best days of my life and I sometimes watch back on the highlights and Tielemans’s goal and I always smile watching it, last season I was at a European Semi-final and I remember how great the atmosphere was that night (ignoring the 2nd leg). This season we have just rapidly declined and now I’m almost certain we’re gonna go down. I saw us play against Bournemouth and it looks like they’ve just given up. I don’t think Dean Smith will be able to keep us up (who has been confirmed at the time of writing this). I also think we’ll be stuck in the Championship for years as we will lose so many players and will have to rebuild the squad all over again. In terms of new managers I would much rather have had Nuno Espírito Santo or Rafa Benitez, or even Nigel Pearson back as I think he would sort us out until the end of the season. I honestly think we need to sack the board as lately the decisions that they have been making are absolutely terrible. This season has been horrible to watch and if we go down we will probably be screwed financially as well. Being a Leicester supporter has always been hard and that’s how it’s only ever going to be.
I felt the last line, my friends have always wondered why I continue to support a team like Leicester as there are not many other fans of the team in my country. It's true that the team has faced difficult moments but that's how I learnt to value every win and every scored goal. Also Leicester's motto is: ''Foxes never quit" which should be reminded to some of our current players. It's painful to watch the team these days and tbf it wouldn't be undeserved if we get relegated, still I hope for another miracle like the one in the spring of 2015.
Hard - Millwall will be waiting.

Hi Vizeh Brilliant video. Just as a suggestion you should discuss Scunthorpe United in League One in 2019 they will be relegated to the 6th tier following a loss to Oldham athletic.
Im a Leicester fan, and I've enjoyed a nuterals point of view on us right now.
For comparison, here's my opinion on the fall of Leicester as a fan
1) The style of play
The style of play dramatically changed over the last two seasons. From fast counter attacking play to slow build-up play, trying to pass through teams and allowing teams to press us.
2) The squad is limited in its ability
A "Failing" to adapt to a 2nd style of play is and has been an issue for many a year for Leicester, and whilst it's ideal, a team doesn't just have just on method to win. Even before Brendan, managers seemed intent to suddenly switch it up despite continued success when playing our fast-paced counter attacking football. It suggests that there is not enough overall talent in the squad for them to adopt two styles of play.
3) Poor communication between board. & Rogers
Top (The nickname we give our owner, btw😅) is kn a very difficult position. He clearly loves the club & longs for this club to do well. But he could have never been prepared for such a difficult few years. Not just losing his father (R.i.p 💙) but on a business scale. I can't imagine how difficult he's finding things right now as a whole. However, he has a board he has employees such as Susan whelan who failed to step up to the mark. The miss communication from higher up to brendan about the available or what turned out to be the case lack of availability for a transfer budget. Unfortunately, every decision that's ultimately been made this season has felt like a gamble, and not one of those gambles has paid off. The mix-up for naturals is that we are not broke. We just pushed the ffp on wage structure.
5) Whoever it is you Blame for this one is 7 squad players 5 have been completely frozen out. Mendy is the only one that baffles me personally he's a good player, but imo he's a starter. The problem with the rest of the players in this list, and yes, i include tielemans in this is the red flag that everyone fears. The chips are down, and whilst as fans, we still believe in loyalty. But in reality, you see it all the time. Do you look at leicester's depth and think, " Oh god, even the bench is strong." No, not this season it hasn't
6) Refusing to allow Vardy to pass the torch
The formation doesn't fit the players we have. And we're letting our heart rule our head's with a forever club legend Jamie Vardy. I prayed I'd never see him have an ending like this but sadly here we are. After a two up front season saw nacho out score Jamie Vardy in all competitions Vardy bagging more in the league. The answer to all our worries seemingly stared us in the face. Nacho and Vardy lead the line we sign a young replacement *cough Patson Daka* and that youngster would slowly get game time until Eventually he replaces Vardy and we're left in safe hands. ... or not as the case has been. And despite the fact that Nacho & Daka have rarely played as a two they have 7 goals between them in the league. Which as bad as that seems is 6 more than Vardy. The Vardy card isn't working.
That’s an incredible insight, thank you for sharing man!
@Vizeh Thanks man sorry its an essay 😅 But Thanks for giving it a read, and congrats on the news of your 2nd child 😀
No Ranieri, no party.
I think Brendan Roggers was not the best manager for the team. I personally think he decimated Leicester. One of the biggest and worse changes is that he moved along with his recruitment person ( i forgot the name), and the old dude who help leiscer became such a high performer was gone from the club around that time. He is good for a team like Celtic, PSG or Bayern that have absolute cucked the rest of the league. In my opinion.
Another thing as well too is not only you touched on that one physio that was let go one or two years ago, we also had another long serving physio and trusted medical staff member passed away during the covid season and there departures were felt by players and fellow staff.
Vizeh, this content is so refreshing and always a novelty after each passing video. Content is a must watch from me during lunch or on my commute back home. Thank you for this content from California here in America. Big up lad!!!
Big love Daniel, thank you💛
Its strange that some LCFC fans want the owner to leave. I mean he's pretty generous, now that you break down his losses during COVID. Like what do you want, investing all of his money to the football club and abandon all his investments on other businesses?
As a Spurs fan i kinda understand the club struggle tho.
I think LC is in the phase where they want to shed their 'mid level club' mentality to Top-level. I mean they renew an aging Vardy, stadium renovations, investing on training centre and building out-of-pitch businesses is similar in how Daniel Levy build Tottenham. The difference is just Spurs have more capital and our chairman is a penny pincher.
I personally think we’ll survive, we’re just struggling right now🙁
Its so sad. 2016 so many neutrals were pleased Leicester won the league, as it was always the big money clubs winning it, they then lost their owner in one horrible tragedy 😢. Winning the FA Cup beating the eventual European Cup winners in the final, who in turn knocked out Man City in the semi finals, must have gave Leicester fans everywhere claim to being the real best team in Europe.
Now poor recruitment, unity between players fraying and club culture not being like it was, is undoing it all to a possible relegation.
Leicester fans, you will always have 2016 to look back on, no matter what. It's scant consolation I know, but never forget the memories and know what you achieved has never happened prior and never will ever since.
Marsch won't be a good manager there at all.
Good luck and thanks for another brilliant video Vizeh 😊
I think this will be good for Leicester if they get relegated look at Burnley last year sacked dyche got relegated to championship sold a lot of deadwood and a few decent players then they got kompany and signed a lot of new players and now there back in the premier League I think this could be a blessing in disguise for Leicester I might be wrong tho
If Leicester go down, then that squad is going to get poached beyond belief.
Looks imposible at this point but I have faith that they will make it❤
I mean in no way to be disrespectful to Danny Ward but how on earth did they get expect replacing long time club capital and legend Schmeichel with a career back up, if they do go down, I will never understand that move by the ownership
As a West Ham fan we are relying on there to be 3 worse teams than us, very shocked that one of these at this moment in time is Leicester. Outplayed us before the WC and seemed to get out of trouble after a very rocky start but as I always say no team is too good to go down. Would be a real shame after what they’ve achieved.
I honestly believe that it was hard, as they aren't much of a big club as vizeh said, theyre not a big club, also who will take over from Vardy, Daka?
Dean Smith!!! Yeah we going down for sure, really hope they can find a better manager for next season but that's going to be hard for a Championship team with no money which it seems like what the owner is settling for right now
After today, I’m starting to think the problem with leads were far less to do with Marsch and maybe more to do with some of their players, especially then backline. I mean he’s still inept but it’s possible all the loses at Leeds weren’t entirely on him. Lol
the reason for this is quite simple, virtually no spending whilest bassically every other team in the league investing heavily and improving.
I said give it five years after their title win and they'll be gone. Wasn't too far off and still yet to happen but it's looking more and more likely.
Well it’s very simple really. Everyone in the prem has become more sustainable in defence and attack so Leicester can’t score many
I thought this was a video from Perspective (F1 RUclipsr) and i eas confused af.
The next Blackburn?
PROMOTION LADDD
Do you think in a few years the "high press" style will be considered a career ender and unhealthy for players, similar to the way brain damage is discussed today?
