- Hi everyone! So this is my opinion on whether one should consider taking a drop or double drop for CLAT.
I cracked CLAT 2024 with an All India Rank of 786. I was (an offline) student of LegalEdge Gurgaon (CLAT 2023) and LegalEdge Bhopal (CLAT 2024).

Hi di I just wanted to thank you for the video and all questions you put in the video . Currently my situation is kinda same last year I gave CLAT and got 10000 rank this year I gave CLAT with a drop of 6-7months and got 1400 rank with 88.5 marks . After watching this video my answer to all these questions are yes and a big yes to deal with failure . Hello didi mai bhi drop le raha hu. Mai class 12 me science stream se tha. Can you please assist me how to prepare for clat because I have no idea.

By doing ca magazines and mocks only, can I score well in clat? Because daily making newspaper notes would be a lot and it's time consuming.
then make it a point to read the newspaper daily with full attention daily if you cant make notes. newspaper is indispensable.

Hiii dii my 10th boards are going on right now i just wanna know how I'm supposed to prepare for clat during vacations and 11th grade also I'm not soo sure abt how to prepare for gk like is reading newspaper alone sufficient?!? ( Also ur really brave i hope u can become the person who u want to be in life i know u can and you will
firstly, thankyou so much :))
and secondly, if you can afford, enroll in a 2 year course, it will put you on track and get you streamlined.
and as of gk, newspaper is the main source but you gotta refer a monthly magazine/compilation too.
Jumping into the hell and getting out of it is not a cake walk but you did walk all the way long here.

generally speaking, it is very difficult to get into top 5 NLUs when taking a partial drop because the attention is diverted and the focus is not converged. things like attendance assignment semister day to day college act as distractions. Most of us are not able to prioritize CLAT eveytime, everyday over and over. So if the focus is getting into top NLUs (considering your current rank which is decent) a full year drop should not be a waste & if you're sure you wont face the difficulties mentioned in the video, you should consider taking a drop.

I am from Andhra pradesh. Here people even don't know about CLAT and AILET. But coming to North India, people are taking 2nd drop and even 3rd drop for CLAT. i don't understand why is this happening 😢
maybe because of more awareness about law as a career option contrary to the conventional engineering and medical
@@aryabhanu7836 In Andhra Pradesh, current trending is people who qualify EAMCET examination takes "CSE" branch in Engineering. Later their destination is USA, Canada, UK and other developed countries.
All other branches like civil engineering, mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, chemical engineering branches are shutdown in engineering colleges. In top 10 colleges the batch size of computer science branch is upto 2500, 3000 students. people will at you weird and cheap if you are not doing "software engineer " . no bride available for bride groom if the boy is doing other jobs except software engineer.
hello didi i am in class12 and my stream is commerce without maths i am struggling preparing for board and clat i am confused as only 5 months are left and my parents are also not supporting my idea of dropping my tution so that i can manage my time and i am thinking of taking a drop just want to answere of few questions

3. i have no idea about this institute thing, please go and check for yourself.
4. Yes. even i had CUET as my Plan B. Its wonderful to have that.
5. i went for weekday cause it keeps you all roped up but if youre gonna prepare for CLAT while being in a college i think you'll only get time on weekends, so do whatever suits you.

didi i prepared for jee mains and took 2yr drop and didnt enrolled in any college didi i prepared well but now i think i should prepare for clat should i? coz i am 2022 pass out and still a 12th pass out. please suggest ?
till December i was exactly where u are. 2022 passout and just a passout.
see if you feel like law is your calling, you find CLAT's previous year question papers easy to moderate, you can consider going for it..
also, if law is your calling then there are other law entrance tests scheduled in the month of MAY, shoot your shot at those papers (they are entrances of quite decent law colleges)
and if not, then give your best attempt in CUET BA LLB -5 year course.

Actually it is more about discipline than motivation.
I have three problem in my last preparation first vocabulary, second reading speed, and third Maths. If you have any solution please do reply. AND I TRIED BUT DIDNT SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT😔
if you think you can bridge the prep gap the second time around and are a yes to all 3 questions in the video, we can consider another try but if not then we should try for Othr law entrance tests, CUET etc and begin with the college life this year :)

thats a good rank in such competition. so if you're inclined towards CLAT, we can give it another try bcs more chances is of you making it straight to top 5 NLUs.

Hello di i got dnlu jabalpur this was my first drop and now im currently preparing for mhcet whether i get glc or ils or else not than i have dnlu jabalpur bht i really want to get into the top law college i.e dream college nlsiu or nlud thats why i have decided fkr a partial drop , i just want yo give me another chance
yes GLC/ILS are equivalent to top 10 NLUs. so do give MHCET. also SLAT. if you clear it great! if not, consider an entire drop, i am not in favour of partial drop because it hardly lands you where you dream to be. the everyday college life acts as a constant distraction. however, considering youve already taken drop once before, be very careful before making this decision (consider all 3 questions ive talked about in the video)

for some time, give 90% of your studying hours to CR -until you finally get how CR works. when i struggled with this subject i practiced CR set (5-6 passages) for some days and i was back on track.

Hello diiii... I'm in class 12 medical rn.... And i always had intrest towards law... And few months ago i got to know about clat ailet and nlus... And now i really feel like getting into one of them.... And really want to do it... But m confused that how to start coz rn its not possible for me to start preparing as I'm having my boards from next month... So can i start it after my boards... I mean from end of march or from april??? Is t possible to prepare well enough in the remaining 7 to 8 months so that i can get into any one of the top 5 nlus🙂if yes than how should i start!??
hi! so if you want to take a 'drop' being a med student i presume youre really interested in the subject and very intentional about pursuing it. so yes, you can prepare very well and ace CLAT 2025 in 7-8 months.

yes you can, but CLAT can also be cracked with normal schooling (with proper guidance, practice and mentorship)

Hello Arya. I gave clat 2024 and mind you I passed my boards this year so it was a partial drop for me when I appeared for the exam. Least said, it was a disappointing rank. I was/ am enrolled in DU and I am considering giving it another chance. Since you said you were in JMC, how did you manage the coaching, mocks and self study along with college? How would a day in the life of a student like mine(and yours till very recently) look like?

Hi buddy! so though i got myself enrolled in JMC, DU through CUET in May 2023, i only saw the college as a Plan B. I didnt go to the college for more than a week for verification purpose etc; i gave some certificate for leave so even if i didnt make it in CLAT i'd still already be enrolled in some (good) college. I was away from home preparing for CLAT throughout the time period with help of coaching. Hope it helps! :)
