This was the first RUclips video I ever searched for. I bought a Pomelo and had no idea what to do with it. I thought - maybe someone has a RUclips video about it. I was amazed that I could find someone to SHOW me how to do something seconds after thinking the question. Oh the nostalgia

Sawatdee krab! Thank you for the wonderfull explanation - Yesterday I bought a pomelo(it's much more yellowerthen this one) in the supermarket for the first time in my life, and I didn't know what to start with it :) But now I can enjoy this intersting fruit... Khob kun!

BTW, the pulp is LOADED with bioflavanoids, so you might consider hanging onto it and eating it too - especially handy if you make smoothies.
