Do you ever think that the first Alice was aware from the beginning and was trying to take as much of Wonderland down with her? She was also the one to warn the twins of the trap, so maybe after she was tricked into going into Wonderland she wanted revenge?
That actually makes so much sense, I’ve been listening to the Og for like a year and wondered why “Her life remains a mystery til this very day.” Seemed so intense and was the final focal point. Perhaps Wonderland realized how threatening it would be if people found out it’s true intentions so it didn’t invite another Alice for many years until time erased the first Alice’s motives from history so it could start over again. Also in the OG English cover, someone pointed out the Alice’s got younger with each one. Perhaps wonderland was purposefully seeking more gullible people. Expanded theory: The reason the last Alice got so close to finding the true Alice was because Wonderland underestimated them and let down it’s guard.
If that's the case then hear me out her the giving into all her sins part was her realizing that she did nothing but kill off a bunch of innocent people that had nothing to do with her torment
What really gets me is the background vocals on the fourth Alice's part- the chanting of ‘it's a trap’ and the plea of ‘go back.’ That part especially, I think, is my favorite part of this cover.
Additionally, I only really hear Raf's voice during that part, implying the angry and violent first Alice actually cares the most about the two kids, which is an interesting story beat (and honestly with the descriptions of the other two doesn't seem unrealistic).
I feel like I’ve read a retelling that did that, but can’t remember which one it was. I know it wasn’t Unbirthday or that one YA series about Alice Liddel’s like great grandaughter, but I know I’ve seen it somewhere
During the Singer's part, it mentions that "...madness took a hold of him, shot him dead to the ground - blood stained the roses to a bright and somber red..." Meanwhile, in the Swords part, the words in the back states "Who dares to taint with vulgar paint - The royal flower bed? - For painting my roses red - Someone will lose their head." It almost seems as if the story is being told out of order, or even in reverse. Another thing to note is that in the Singer's part, while talking about how his blood stained the roses red, there is a clock in the background with the symbols of each of the Alices' on it. Curiously, however, the Alice's symbols are in reverse order, with the Heart being first (at 12 o'clock), the Club/Clover being second (at 3 o'clock), the Diamond being third (at 6 o'clock) and finally, the Spade being last (at 9 o'clock). This lends credence to the story being told in reverse order, with the Twins being the first to enter the dream, or even being the creators who first dreamt up the dream, and the Sword being the last. There's also the fact that in the opening, the Twins are the ones who tell us how the dream sustains itself. They're also the only ones who aren't explicitly stated to have died, and instead "Both will never wake up form this dream that they had planned." If I had to take a guess, I'd say that the Twins are the ones who created Wonderland, but didn't know what exactly they had created and were instead taken over by the dream. The Queen who was born as a part of Wonderland created a kingdom, charming all the citizens to love and worship her, but became fearful of her mortality and went insane. The Singer sang and spread word of the Evil (the Queen's insanity most likely, or maybe the true nature of Wonderland), and was killed for it, potentially by the Queen (he was shot dead by madness, and the Queen became mindless and warped, i.e. mad). The Sword was angered by this (potentially the Singer's lover, as roses are often a symbol of love), and cut down any who stood in the way to vengeance. She was then caught, and was beheaded for her crimes. Another small thing, the Spade is actually placed at 10 (X), not 9 (IX). I wonder if that has any significance, or is a mistake on the artists part? Who knows.
The thing is, The Fourth Alice said, ‘Both will never wake up from the dream that they had planned.’ It sounded like this was their first time entering the world. Because they literally said that they planned to enter wonderland. It makes it sound like the missing people became more than a case in reality or have heard a tale similar to all of this. And they questioned what really was happening and wanted to know. So, they dreamt and fell asleep as they entered to find the truth of the world and the apparent ‘true Alice’. But I would agree that what your saying could be true…….it does sort of match up to the details in a way that connects with your theory The number 10 however, either that was a typo, or it was meant to be there. And just from a guessing point, it might be a reference to the 10 of swords from the tarot cards. It might not make sense, but when you think about it, All of the Alice’s are referenced to a motif of a card. Spade means death within the spiritual meaning. The ten of swords picture of the card also show that with ten swords pierced exactly aligned on a dead person’s back. The meaning of the card means betrayal, backstabbing, bad behavior, behind someone’s back or even death, something bad that happened that is now the end of it. In the end scene where The First Alice showed her head pinged by her own sword, the words said, ‘Off with her head.’ A correlates with what happened with The First Alice and the card itself meaning death and the end. The Second Alice with the picture of the clock pointing at the heart and club could mean that they are about to tell the narrative of The Third and Fourth Alice as The First and Second that have already been told and killed. The process of the narrative and the telling of the order of each Alice basically. Weirdly enough I’ve said this in my own comment within the video, Only The First and Fourth Alice have ever been specified to have ‘entered’ wonderland. Meaning they are not from the world itself. However, for The Second and Third Alice, they have someone been told that they ARE from wonderland. The reason I said somewhat is because only The Third Alice has been clearly said that she was born IN wonderland. Now her by that line already shows a lot of possibilities within the tale. One of the commenters already said something about that so I won’t comment on it. The Second Alice never has been clarified that they entered or were from wonderland. But here is a theory that I have. Do you noticed within the beginning of the narration, each Alice was either in front of a Door or a Window. The First Alice is interesting because they showed that it was both a Door AND a window. The Second and Third Alice were shown in front of a window. The Fourth Alice was in front of a door. The doors symbolize The First and Fourth Alice are entering and are not from the dream’s world. The window symbolize The Second and Third Alice are from wonderland. Funnily enough, The First Alice had a door and window as I have said before. And this kind of gave me another thought. All of from the beginning of the three Alice’s have died, while The Fourth Alice to not have been clarified that they were dead. But that they will ‘never wake up from the dream.’ Not meaning that they were gone, but they will never wake up. Meaning they might have a chance or that there is a possibility they can get out of the dream’s world and are alive. The Three Alice’s are viewing from a window because they are already gone. But since The Fourth Alice were viewing a door, and it hasn’t been specified if they were dead, they might have a chance. Another thing, within The Fourth Alice’s part of ‘The Ace of Hearrrrrrts’ & ‘Wandering across the world they pass through many doors, curious of this new world they traveled and explored,’ There was a voice that sounded Exactly like The First Alice aiming with their high vocals within the beginning and saying within the verse warning The Fourth Alice ‘It’s a trap, it’s a trap, it’s a trap, go back. Please. Please. Please. Would that mean that only people who are not originally from wonderland and have died can reach people who are alive? Give them a voice? A warning? Because The Second and Third never really were heard except the voice of The First Alice. And why did The First Alice only warn The Fourth and not The Second and Third if it were? But then again, it wasn’t kinda never really unraveled with The First Alice being both dead or alive. Cause the dream only locked her away. But it showed her head being killed by her own sword. So…….how?
If you listen in the back chorus of Sharon and Lyra's section you can hear 'it's a trap, go back go back' and 'please please please' implying that at the very least the twins really were last. Starts about 2:47
Honestly, the theory about it being told in reverse makes a lot of sense. But the overlapping vocals at the end do throw a little doubt onto this. I wonder if it was a circle? The story repeats itself with Alices coming along and (re)discovering Wonderland, opening it to the world, but sacrificing themselves in the process. Another Alice builds herself a kingdom, but grows paranoid and ruins it. Yet another Alice takes advantage of the chaos wrought by the Queen Alice, but reaps the consequences of his actions. The final Alice takes a sword and slaughters her way through, trying to wipe Wonderland clean, but being killed as Wonderland struggles to protect itself. Then, it starts all over again. It might not be this series of events specifically but something similar. It's discovered and the Alice is sacrificed (to feed Wonderland?). Another Alice starts an era of prosperity, but ruins it through greed or fear. Alice #3 utilizes the newly created dystopia for their own purposes, but gets what's coming. And the final Alice tries to end Wonderland. Each Alice's methods vary, but the gist is the same. History repeats itself, but Wonderland took the sentiment literally (does this mean Wonderland is copying the real world to try and make itself legitimate? Who knows). Every now and then you have previous Alices (in this one it was the Destroyer Alice, who presumably found out about Wonderland's twisted past. Is it the same every time?) who try to warn other, future Alices. So in a way, the song is just a snapshot of a part of the twisted cycle. And it makes sense for a Lewis Caroll story to be told backwards and in a circle, no?

And if we also go by that the story is told in reverse, then the "it's a trap, it's a trap go back" and "Please, please please" that we hear in the Twin section is the "Last" Alice of the previous cycle trying but ultimately failing to break the cycle?
Why do the first three Alices give Soldier, Poet, King vibes? The first was a warrior, feared by all. The second was a singer, able to manipulate all with his words. The third was a noble, loved and celebrated by all.

And the clock for Gezeus feels like the first hand is like « Red Alice’s in her doom, time to move forward towards Blue Alice now (: », love that! Was it intended for him to have so many White Rabbit quotes? I know the characer is associated a lot with anxiety and I’m guessing the link to the overwhelmed sensations can also be applied to the 2nd Alice’s madness reguarding the crowd, but maybe I’m reading too much hahaha! Lacey’s caged butterfly at the end with the skull is great! And the twin’s CUSTOM ACE CARD??? Omg what the heck I AM DROOLING ON THE DESIGN. The cup and teapot is also so odd shaped I ADORE! I am sad that we never truly get to know what really happened to the twins but that’s pretty much part of the mystery hahaha. And all the call backs from the final windows with the fates in it to the end credits with the symbols used, aaaa! Great visual narrative story, especially with the objects and all!

The white letters are a direct quote of what the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland says at some point (there are many references of this character revolving around Gezeus' Alice, so I took a chance on Google). "Alice of Human Sacrifice" was the first Vocaloid song I ever heard. It introduced me to the songs, the fun and macabre world that these songs could paint up. To hear Rafscrap and her companions sing this song invokes feelings of nostalgia, but it also is a wonderful reimagining of this song. The art was magnificent, the vocals charming and haunting. Congratulations, Lady RafScrap, you have managed to fully encapture madness once more. Happy Halloween to you all!
In Russian, in the intro of the song, the translation is not "create my world", but "create their own world", which gave the song a whole new meaning. With such a translation, the Dream becomes a hostage of a fatal failure - because the first Alice turns out to be an insane bloody tyrant who leaves an indelible imprint on his world. Eventually, Dream catches the first alice and buries her deep in the blood forest where no one can find her and tries to cleanse herself of her influence. The next Alice is a singer who initially did not have any bad intentions, but gradually, due to the corrupting influence of the first Alice, began to go crazy, and eventually killed himself (under her influence?) The third Alice - well, everything is clear here, the same story. Her grief continued to feed the first Alice, whose madness increasingly changed the world of Little Dream. As a result, absolutely innocent twins, who only wanted to learn new things about the world, did not even have time to fall under her influence (or did, in some cases, one of the twins kills the other), and fell victims of the nameless horror the first Alice became which.
When I first heard this song (Not just this version) I initially had a similar thought of a kind of Madness that spreads from Alice to Alice, But when hearing this version and seeing the Visuals to this Version I got a slight altered perspective. it goes something like this. The First Alice is a cruel Tyrant that Wonderland traps in the forest, (Her decapitated head pierced by her own sword, disguised as a tree stump) creating a wraith of sorts seeking revenge. The Second Alice started out to sing and entertain wonderland and it's people, only for the Wraith of the first Alice to possess him and spread her evil through his songs, until Wonderland in the guise of a random person shot him dead, unwittingly feeding the first Alice who consumed the soul of the second Alice. The third Alice becomes Queen and builds a vast glorious kingdom, only for the first Alice to plague her mind with visions of death and decay to the point the queen goes mad and ultimately dies, bringing the kingdom to ruin and the first Alice grows stronger. The Forth Alice are simply trapped as the songs says "Wandering across the world they pass through many doors" Wonderland keeps them exploring so the first Alice can't get a hold of them, only to end up lost and probably driven mad to the point of killing each other. Now this is far from perfect but it's what I came to think of after first hearing the song and then seeing the visuals of this Video.
This is so good! Alice Human Sacrifice was one of my very favorite Vocaloid songs when I first got into it (12 years ago or so), and it really got me into Alice in Wonderland! The art is just beautiful, with such amazing visuals! And of course all of the singers are great! Thank you for this masterpiece! I got full body chills watching this, and they haven't even gone away yet.

Queen Raf's voice is bewitching. When she is singing it's a joy to the ears but when she's simply doing choirs or hums I get a spine tingling chill similar to ASMR except laced in a tinge of fear. The fact she hasn't voiced a final boss villain in a game or anime yet is nothing short of criminal. The Gothic artwork is stunning too.

I would have more seen the Ace of Spades being the Jabberwock, since it's supposed to be a dangerous thing and not a creature that runs away. And I thus probably would have seen better the Ace of Clubs as the White Rabbit. As for the Ace of Diamonds, it's fitting but there is something missing. The Hatter is not alone. He's part of a trio with the Loire and the other Rabbit, and the Ace of Diamonds in your story is alone. So, if you want to make him insane, the Cheshire Cat would have been more fitting. Like that, each of them becomes the peak of the aspects that led to their demise. Spades becomes peak danger and bloodlust, losing everything else but his hunger for violence. Becoming physically the Monster he always was mentally. Diamonds becomes peak Madness by becoming the very incarnation of the absence of Logic in Wonderland. Gone beyond any rules or notions, even those of begining, accomplishment and perfection that he sought to reach. Clubs becomes the incarnation of flying time and of the impossibility to hold anything forever in such a changing and mad Land. Now having to physically hold the weight of the clock that she was worried about all her life, making her litteraly unable to forget it or be pulled away from.

To those who don't know, 'Alice of Human Sacrifice' was based on a Creepypasta set in Japan from 1999-2005 where a killer would leave a calling card which was a different playing card for each victim that had the name 'Alice' written in the victims blood and each Alice's story is tied to how each victim was killed and found. Alice 1: Found in the woods in pieces Alice 2: Shot to death, Vocal cords torn out Alice 3: Skin flayed, Mouth carved open, crown sewn to head Alice 4: Lethal Injection
I had such a blast working with y'all and I absolutely love how everything turned out. The snippets were so exciting to see every time, and now it has come together, it's absolutely *chefs kiss* So so proud of this project and everyone's efforts. Each vocals are so perfect for their roles, raf with your powerful yet smooth gorgeous vocals that pierces me like the sword (yes daddy), gebus with his gentle yet charismatic tone, lacey with her cuteness but also hints of domineering tone fit for the queen in the story, and Lyra such elegant and somewhat a mysterious, calm collected sibling like the alice. Everyone sounds so amazing. Those adlibs just enhances the vocals so much and the professional sounding mix!! Those drop dead gorgeous visuals just are STUNNING AND GOD THE QUALITY IS SO TOP TIER. They way you drew each one of us, very unique to their own personality and all I can say is that I love your art in general, step on me. Love the amount of symbolism put into for each Alice and the art along with the use of effects for each of their end, especially those inverted frames-- SIMPLY DELICIOUS. I love how the assets turned out and they were used so perfectly in the shots intended for it. Was listening to older vocaloid songs and found this cover and absolutely love every detail. I keep finding more the more I listen to it. For example, when Lyra and Sharon are singing the part about passing through many doors, the background vocals, instead of the harmonizing hums and ahs, are "It's a trap, it's a trap, go back, go back" and as they continue singing, it turns to "please." Looooove that

i don't think the original creator of this song even realizes just how iconic this song is nor could they have possibly guessed it would be so popular when they uploaded it: i'm 31 years old and found this song way back in MIDDLE SCHOOL and never stopped listening to it. it was my introduction into vocaloid (despite still being the only vocaloid song i listen to aside from the cyber diva demos) and i still kinda want to to an RP based on it. the original creator couldn't possibly comprehend exactly what they have created. it's too much for the human mind to fully process.
The first two Alice’s have a hidden message right after their verses ended. The First Alice had “off with her head” and her sword stabbed into her severed head and the Second Alice had “this watch is exactly two days late” and the gun I presume that shot him dead. I think that there is also some meaning behind the beginning before the First Alice’s verse, what I think is that it has a hidden message that reveals the True Alice. The Third Alice had created a kingdom that rules above them all, right? In her verse she had a warped dream that she wished to continue, but couldn’t and the beginning mentions a dream that didn’t want to fade away. So what I think is the Alice’s were all in the incorrect order, the True Alice aka the First Alice is the Fourth Alice who wanted to create a kingdom that ruled above them all and wanted to become immortal to continue her reign. And she did find a way to become immortal, by tricking humans into coming her world to steal their life force. She pretended that she wasn’t the True Alice and took a fake life to trick humans and I mean the Fourth Alice was just said that she was now just an ugly corpse, never saying how she died. The True Second Alice was the First Alice and she was manipulated by the True Alice at first until she realised the true reason she was there and killed every person she came across, she hadn’t known who was the True Alice that wanted her life until she was met with the queen after being caught and then she was executed, hence the “off with her head” part and had her life force stolen from her. The True Third Alice was the Second Alice, who had enjoyed singing for the kingdom, until word got to him that someone intended to kill him and he became paranoid about everyone. Then, one day, a soldier of the True Alice found his watch and noticed it was two days late which revealed that it was the True Third Alice and the soldier killed him for the True Alice to take his life to preserve her immortality, hence the “this watch is exactly two days late.” And the Fourth Alice remained the same, because they had to, but it should be mentioned that we hardly know anything about them aside from the fact that they were intent on finding the True Alice and what it’s intent was, but we can certainly assume they were detective like twins who had heard of the ‘three’ Alice’s before them, they followed the path of the lies of the True Alice, having figured out that the True Second Alice was a heartless killer who killed everything in her path and that she was the First Alice who died in the forest, but they noticed it didn’t seem to align with what they found, then they found stuff about the True Third Alice who they believed was a man who sang songs that warped and maddened people around him until he became mad himself and k!lled himself but again saw things that didn’t align with the story, then they found the True Alice’s fake Alice story that created the kingdom that they often heard about and then they realised that those were all lies and they found the True Alice, so they confronted the True Alice by intending to kill her with the True Second Alice trying to warn them in her spirit form that they can’t stop her, but they went anyways and were killed by having their life force taken from them.
I love all the singers here, but I also have to give praise for the high production values of the video itself. All of the dark fates looked perfectly done, and it was just very prettily drawn. SwordsRaf is perfection
I love how the visuals add a little more to the story by making the singers be a character from the wonderland. So for the first alice has a quote from the queen of hearts, the second is a quote relating to the white rabbit and the 3rd has text from the Cheshire cat, and then the twins have the mad hatter and March hare and there's even a picture of the hatter and March hare in the background when they are holding hands to show the heart.

I think one of the twins may have escaped or just didn't die, although I don't have any good proof, at 3:29, you see the ace of hearts card, while one half of the card is normal and the same color as before, the other half is dark and faded. This may also be a reference to one of the versions of this song where the clever twin actually kills their sister at the end

The first "Alice" (29) was a restauratateur, short-tempered and brave, they last saw her walking through the woods, when people went to see, they found her chooped bodies addorning the trees, painting them Red, inside her mouth, where her tongue should be, there was a Jack of Spade with Alice written on it... The Second "Alice" (young adult) was a not well known singer, a hooded man was seen on camera, dragging a bag, on the following day, the second "alice" laid on the table, a bullet pierced his forehead, his vocal chord ripped out, and a King of Diamond in his grip... The third "Alice" was a teenager, who was abducted from her home. She was found inside of a shallow grave, her skin removed, her eyes missing, her mouth carved opened, and a crown was forcibly sew upon her head. Her new-found home, her new found-grave, was marked by a Queen of Clubs... The last two "alices" were child siblings, they were found sleeping eternally, by a lethal injection, they could never woke up, and each held in their hands... a cut in half Ace of Spades/Hearts... The serial killer, was never found. Some say they prepare, for the final "Alice"... As you can see the song describe in a more wonderland and fantasy way, each of the murders from the Creepypasta. @slidaverage6 I love this too, the only reason I didn't suggest the 3rd Alice as the Cheshire is because 1. The Cheshire never had a "leader-rule" role 2. Cheshire loves chaos, and is often portrayed in the wood scenes, which just seemed to fit the 1st Alice better; especially because both of their pasts/character are the least "known/understood" with the least background ❤️💙💚🧡
I see a lot of people interpreting the First Alice as the Cheshire Cat due to the cat’s ability to separate its head from its body and First Alice being shown beheaded. I however don’t thing that’s the case. Remember, First Alice has a *sword* . And in the original novel, there’s a sword called The Vorpal Sword, the only thing strong enough to defeat the Jabberwocky, the beast that which lurks in the *woods* And isn’t it poetic for the ruthless killer to be warped into a true monster? For the only thing that can fell her being the same blade that which belonged to her? As the thorny vines encircle her, we see something interesting: First Alice has _fangs_ And while these could be cat teeth, the Cheshire Cat can teleport freely about Wonderland. The Jabberwock is stuck in the woods, and must travel on foot

That actually makes so much sense, I’ve been listening to the Og for like a year and wondered why “Her life remains a mystery til this very day.” Seemed so intense and was the final focal point.
Perhaps Wonderland realized how threatening it would be if people found out it’s true intentions so it didn’t invite another Alice for many years until time erased the first Alice’s motives from history so it could start over again.
Also in the OG English cover, someone pointed out the Alice’s got younger with each one. Perhaps wonderland was purposefully seeking more gullible people.
Expanded theory: The reason the last Alice got so close to finding the true Alice was because Wonderland underestimated them and let down it’s guard.

What really gets me is the background vocals on the fourth Alice's part- the chanting of ‘it's a trap’ and the plea of ‘go back.’ That part especially, I think, is my favorite part of this cover.
Additionally, I only really hear Raf's voice during that part, implying the angry and violent first Alice actually cares the most about the two kids, which is an interesting story beat (and honestly with the descriptions of the other two doesn't seem unrealistic).

I feel like I’ve read a retelling that did that, but can’t remember which one it was. I know it wasn’t Unbirthday or that one YA series about Alice Liddel’s like great grandaughter, but I know I’ve seen it somewhere
I might be misremembering, but you might be referring to Namesake?
During the Singer's part, it mentions that "...madness took a hold of him, shot him dead to the ground - blood stained the roses to a bright and somber red..." Meanwhile, in the Swords part, the words in the back states "Who dares to taint with vulgar paint - The royal flower bed? - For painting my roses red - Someone will lose their head." It almost seems as if the story is being told out of order, or even in reverse.
Another thing to note is that in the Singer's part, while talking about how his blood stained the roses red, there is a clock in the background with the symbols of each of the Alices' on it. Curiously, however, the Alice's symbols are in reverse order, with the Heart being first (at 12 o'clock), the Club/Clover being second (at 3 o'clock), the Diamond being third (at 6 o'clock) and finally, the Spade being last (at 9 o'clock). This lends credence to the story being told in reverse order, with the Twins being the first to enter the dream, or even being the creators who first dreamt up the dream, and the Sword being the last.
There's also the fact that in the opening, the Twins are the ones who tell us how the dream sustains itself. They're also the only ones who aren't explicitly stated to have died, and instead "Both will never wake up form this dream that they had planned."
If I had to take a guess, I'd say that the Twins are the ones who created Wonderland, but didn't know what exactly they had created and were instead taken over by the dream. The Queen who was born as a part of Wonderland created a kingdom, charming all the citizens to love and worship her, but became fearful of her mortality and went insane. The Singer sang and spread word of the Evil (the Queen's insanity most likely, or maybe the true nature of Wonderland), and was killed for it, potentially by the Queen (he was shot dead by madness, and the Queen became mindless and warped, i.e. mad). The Sword was angered by this (potentially the Singer's lover, as roses are often a symbol of love), and cut down any who stood in the way to vengeance. She was then caught, and was beheaded for her crimes.
Another small thing, the Spade is actually placed at 10 (X), not 9 (IX). I wonder if that has any significance, or is a mistake on the artists part? Who knows.
The thing is, The Fourth Alice said,
‘Both will never wake up from the dream that they had planned.’
It sounded like this was their first time entering the world. Because they literally said that they planned to enter wonderland. It makes it sound like the missing people became more than a case in reality or have heard a tale similar to all of this. And they questioned what really was happening and wanted to know. So, they dreamt and fell asleep as they entered to find the truth of the world and the apparent ‘true Alice’.
But I would agree that what your saying could be true…….it does sort of match up to the details in a way that connects with your theory
The number 10 however, either that was a typo, or it was meant to be there. And just from a guessing point, it might be a reference to the 10 of swords from the tarot cards. It might not make sense, but when you think about it, All of the Alice’s are referenced to a motif of a card.
Spade means death within the spiritual meaning. The ten of swords picture of the card also show that with ten swords pierced exactly aligned on a dead person’s back. The meaning of the card means betrayal, backstabbing, bad behavior, behind someone’s back or even death, something bad that happened that is now the end of it.
In the end scene where The First Alice showed her head pinged by her own sword, the words said,
‘Off with her head.’
A correlates with what happened with The First Alice and the card itself meaning death and the end.
The Second Alice with the picture of the clock pointing at the heart and club could mean that they are about to tell the narrative of The Third and Fourth Alice as The First and Second that have already been told and killed. The process of the narrative and the telling of the order of each Alice basically.
Weirdly enough I’ve said this in my own comment within the video,
Only The First and Fourth Alice have ever been specified to have ‘entered’ wonderland. Meaning they are not from the world itself. However, for The Second and Third Alice, they have someone been told that they ARE from wonderland. The reason I said somewhat is because only The Third Alice has been clearly said that she was born IN wonderland. Now her by that line already shows a lot of possibilities within the tale. One of the commenters already said something about that so I won’t comment on it. The Second Alice never has been clarified that they entered or were from wonderland. But here is a theory that I have.
Do you noticed within the beginning of the narration, each Alice was either in front of a Door or a Window.
The First Alice is interesting because they showed that it was both a Door AND a window.
The Second and Third Alice were shown in front of a window.
The Fourth Alice was in front of a door.
The doors symbolize The First and Fourth Alice are entering and are not from the dream’s world. The window symbolize The Second and Third Alice are from wonderland.
Funnily enough, The First Alice had a door and window as I have said before. And this kind of gave me another thought.
All of from the beginning of the three Alice’s have died, while The Fourth Alice to not have been clarified that they were dead. But that they will ‘never wake up from the dream.’ Not meaning that they were gone, but they will never wake up. Meaning they might have a chance or that there is a possibility they can get out of the dream’s world and are alive.
The Three Alice’s are viewing from a window because they are already gone. But since The Fourth Alice were viewing a door, and it hasn’t been specified if they were dead, they might have a chance.

Honestly, the theory about it being told in reverse makes a lot of sense. But the overlapping vocals at the end do throw a little doubt onto this. I wonder if it was a circle? The story repeats itself with Alices coming along and (re)discovering Wonderland, opening it to the world, but sacrificing themselves in the process. Another Alice builds herself a kingdom, but grows paranoid and ruins it. Yet another Alice takes advantage of the chaos wrought by the Queen Alice, but reaps the consequences of his actions. The final Alice takes a sword and slaughters her way through, trying to wipe Wonderland clean, but being killed as Wonderland struggles to protect itself. Then, it starts all over again. It might not be this series of events specifically but something similar. It's discovered and the Alice is sacrificed (to feed Wonderland?). Another Alice starts an era of prosperity, but ruins it through greed or fear. Alice #3 utilizes the newly created dystopia for their own purposes, but gets what's coming. And the final Alice tries to end Wonderland. Each Alice's methods vary, but the gist is the same. History repeats itself, but Wonderland took the sentiment literally (does this mean Wonderland is copying the real world to try and make itself legitimate? Who knows). Every now and then you have previous Alices (in this one it was the Destroyer Alice, who presumably found out about Wonderland's twisted past. Is it the same every time?) who try to warn other, future Alices. So in a way, the song is just a snapshot of a part of the twisted cycle.
And it makes sense for a Lewis Caroll story to be told backwards and in a circle, no?

Alright as always, checking the video at .25 speed for the details hahaha! I love the castle reference used twice, and the sword?? In the rock?? HELLO, IS THIS KING ARTHUR REFERENCE? And the clock for Gezeus feels like the first hand is like « Red Alice’s in her doom, time to move forward towards Blue Alice now (: », love that! Was it intended for him to have so many White Rabbit quotes? I know the characer is associated a lot with anxiety and I’m guessing the link to the overwhelmed sensations can also be applied to the 2nd Alice’s madness reguarding the crowd, but maybe I’m reading too much hahaha! Lacey’s caged butterfly at the end with the skull is great! And the twin’s CUSTOM ACE CARD??? Omg what the heck I AM DROOLING ON THE DESIGN. The cup and teapot is also so odd shaped I ADORE! "Alice of Human Sacrifice" was the first Vocaloid song I ever heard. It introduced me to the songs, the fun and macabre world that these songs could paint up.
To hear Rafscrap and her companions sing this song invokes feelings of nostalgia, but it also is a wonderful reimagining of this song. The art was magnificent, the vocals charming and haunting.

In Russian, in the intro of the song, the translation is not "create my world", but "create their own world", which gave the song a whole new meaning.
With such a translation, the Dream becomes a hostage of a fatal failure - because the first Alice turns out to be an insane bloody tyrant who leaves an indelible imprint on his world. Eventually, Dream catches the first alice and buries her deep in the blood forest where no one can find her and tries to cleanse herself of her influence. The next Alice is a singer who initially did not have any bad intentions, but gradually, due to the corrupting influence of the first Alice, began to go crazy, and eventually killed himself (under her influence?)
The third Alice - well, everything is clear here, the same story. Her grief continued to feed the first Alice, whose madness increasingly changed the world of Little Dream.
As a result, absolutely innocent twins, who only wanted to learn new things about the world, did not even have time to fall under her influence (or did, in some cases, one of the twins kills the other), and fell victims of the nameless horror the first Alice became which.

When I first heard this song (Not just this version) I initially had a similar thought of a kind of Madness that spreads from Alice to Alice, But when hearing this version and seeing the Visuals to this Version I got a slight altered perspective.
it goes something like this.
The First Alice is a cruel Tyrant that Wonderland traps in the forest, (Her decapitated head pierced by her own sword, disguised as a tree stump) creating a wraith of sorts seeking revenge.
The Second Alice started out to sing and entertain wonderland and it's people, only for the Wraith of the first Alice to possess him and spread her evil through his songs, until Wonderland in the guise of a random person shot him dead, unwittingly feeding the first Alice who consumed the soul of the second Alice.
The third Alice becomes Queen and builds a vast glorious kingdom, only for the first Alice to plague her mind with visions of death and decay to the point the queen goes mad and ultimately dies, bringing the kingdom to ruin and the first Alice grows stronger.
The Forth Alice are simply trapped as the songs says "Wandering across the world they pass through many doors" Wonderland keeps them exploring so the first Alice can't get a hold of them, only to end up lost and probably driven mad to the point of killing each other.
Now this is far from perfect but it's what I came to think of after first hearing the song and then seeing the visuals of this Video.
This is so good! Alice Human Sacrifice was one of my very favorite Vocaloid songs when I first got into it (12 years ago or so), and it really got me into Alice in Wonderland! The art is just beautiful, with such amazing visuals! And of course all of the singers are great! Thank you for this masterpiece! I got full body chills watching this, and they haven't even gone away yet.

Queen Raf's voice is bewitching. When she is singing it's a joy to the ears but when she's simply doing choirs or hums I get a spine tingling chill similar to ASMR except laced in a tinge of fear. The fact she hasn't voiced a final boss villain in a game or anime yet is nothing short of criminal. The Gothic artwork is stunning too.

I would have more seen the Ace of Spades being the Jabberwock, since it's supposed to be a dangerous thing and not a creature that runs away.
And I thus probably would have seen better the Ace of Clubs as the White Rabbit.
As for the Ace of Diamonds, it's fitting but there is something missing. The Hatter is not alone. He's part of a trio with the Loire and the other Rabbit, and the Ace of Diamonds in your story is alone. So, if you want to make him insane, the Cheshire Cat would have been more fitting.
Like that, each of them becomes the peak of the aspects that led to their demise.
Spades becomes peak danger and bloodlust, losing everything else but his hunger for violence. Becoming physically the Monster he always was mentally.
Diamonds becomes peak Madness by becoming the very incarnation of the absence of Logic in Wonderland. Gone beyond any rules or notions, even those of begining, accomplishment and perfection that he sought to reach.
Clubs becomes the incarnation of flying time and of the impossibility to hold anything forever in such a changing and mad Land. Now having to physically hold the weight of the clock that she was worried about all her life, making her litteraly unable to forget it or be pulled away from.

I had such a blast working with y'all and I absolutely love how everything turned out. The snippets were so exciting to see every time, and now it has come together, it's absolutely *chefs kiss* So so proud of this project and everyone's efforts. Each vocals are so perfect for their roles, raf with your powerful yet smooth gorgeous vocals that pierces me like the sword (yes daddy), gebus with his gentle yet charismatic tone, lacey with her cuteness but also hints of domineering tone fit for the queen in the story, and Lyra such elegant and somewhat a mysterious, calm collected sibling like the alice. Everyone sounds so amazing. Those adlibs just enhances the vocals so much and the professional sounding mix!! Those drop dead gorgeous visuals just are STUNNING AND GOD THE QUALITY IS SO TOP TIER. They way you drew each one of us, very unique to their own personality and all I can say is that I love your art in general, step on me. Love the amount of symbolism put into for each Alice and the art along with the use of effects for each of their end, especially those inverted frames-- SIMPLY DELICIOUS. i don't think the original creator of this song even realizes just how iconic this song is nor could they have possibly guessed it would be so popular when they uploaded it: i'm 31 years old and found this song way back in MIDDLE SCHOOL and never stopped listening to it. it was my introduction into vocaloid (despite still being the only vocaloid song i listen to aside from the cyber diva demos) and i still kinda want to to an RP based on it.
the original creator couldn't possibly comprehend exactly what they have created. it's too much for the human mind to fully process.
The first two Alice’s have a hidden message right after their verses ended. The First Alice had “off with her head” and her sword stabbed into her severed head and the Second Alice had “this watch is exactly two days late” and the gun I presume that shot him dead. I think that there is also some meaning behind the beginning before the First Alice’s verse, what I think is that it has a hidden message that reveals the True Alice. The Third Alice had created a kingdom that rules above them all, right? In her verse she had a warped dream that she wished to continue, but couldn’t and the beginning mentions a dream that didn’t want to fade away. So what I think is the Alice’s were all in the incorrect order, the True Alice aka the First Alice is the Fourth Alice who wanted to create a kingdom that ruled above them all and wanted to become immortal to continue her reign. And she did find a way to become immortal, by tricking humans into coming her world to steal their life force. She pretended that she wasn’t the True Alice and took a fake life to trick humans and I mean the Fourth Alice was just said that she was now just an ugly corpse, never saying how she died. The True Second Alice was the First Alice and she was manipulated by the True Alice at first until she realised the true reason she was there and killed every person she came across, she hadn’t known who was the True Alice that wanted her life until she was met with the queen after being caught and then she was executed, hence the “off with her head” part and had her life force stolen from her. The True Third Alice was the Second Alice, who had enjoyed singing for the kingdom, until word got to him that someone intended to kill him and he became paranoid about everyone. Then, one day, a soldier of the True Alice found his watch and noticed it was two days late which revealed that it was the True Third Alice and the soldier killed him for the True Alice to take his life to preserve her immortality, hence the “this watch is exactly two days late.” And the Fourth Alice remained the same, because they had to, but it should be mentioned that we hardly know anything about them aside from the fact that they were intent on finding the True Alice and what it’s intent was, but we can certainly assume they were detective like twins who had heard of the ‘three’ Alice’s before them, they followed the path of the lies of the True Alice, having figured out that the True Second Alice was a heartless killer who killed everything in her path and that she was the First Alice who died in the forest, but they noticed it didn’t seem to align with what they found, then they found stuff about the True Third Alice who they believed was a man who sang songs that warped and maddened people around him until he became mad himself and k!lled himself but again saw things that didn’t align with the story, then they found the True Alice’s fake Alice story that created the kingdom that they often heard about and then they realised that those were all lies and they found the True Alice, so they confronted the True Alice by intending to kill her with the True Second Alice trying to warn them in her spirit form that they can’t stop her, but they went anyways and were killed by having their life force taken from them.
I love all the singers here, but I also have to give praise for the high production values of the video itself. All of the dark fates looked perfectly done, and it was just very prettily drawn. SwordsRaf is perfection

I think one of the twins may have escaped or just didn't die, although I don't have any good proof, at 3:29, you see the ace of hearts card, while one half of the card is normal and the same color as before, the other half is dark and faded. And would be a reason she both adores and hates the male twins so much as they reminder better/worse of her own twin who she is forced to watch die at the hands of Alices again and again until the end of eternity, before meeting her own demies. Yes the implies the Alice we know is not the first, so most likely wont be the last, she was just one of the lucky ones who managed to escape but for those who didnt and died in the dream their souls will remain repeating the story for every new Alice that joins the dream, and for every Alice that joins them is another helpful side charcter trying to save them in their own twisted way. Such as the Red Queen who tries to kill them before they found out the truth so that even if they were to become trapped their fate would be more kind then hers and her twins. This would also implie that characters like the Madd Hatter are also Alices just not the ones portrayed in this song.)

1. The Cheshire never had a "leader-rule" role
2. Cheshire loves chaos, and is often portrayed in the wood scenes, which just seemed to fit the 1st Alice better; especially because both of their pasts/character are the least "known/understood" with the least background ❤️💙💚🧡

I see a lot of people interpreting the First Alice as the Cheshire Cat due to the cat’s ability to separate its head from its body and First Alice being shown beheaded. I however don’t thing that’s the case. Remember, First Alice has a *sword* . And in the original novel, there’s a sword called The Vorpal Sword, the only thing strong enough to defeat the Jabberwocky, the beast that which lurks in the *woods*
And isn’t it poetic for the ruthless killer to be warped into a true monster? For the only thing that can fell her being the same blade that which belonged to her?
