For everyone who no longer has the download option I think it was just part of the update I'm using chrome now instead and it has the download option so I suggest just using google chrome instead

Negative. When you download an image from google it goes straight to your Downloads file somewhere else. Not your image gallery. You told us nothing. Also i have no idea how you changed the download location, which is why everyone clicked on this video. After the update a year ago the images downloaded from google were redirected to the Download file separate from the image gallery.
