I do not understand japanese, but I assume at 2:40 you talked about how "the merged bubble from the cannon, if they have only 1 tick of damage, then it should have about 1000% modifier of damage per tick so the new damage to be similar to the previous one"... was my guess correct? I also thought of that thing. That 1000% still does not account duration
My concern was three points. Does the binding of the bubbles extend the time, why the load count is at 1000%, and the high rate of fire. The official patch notes were released after the release of this video, so I generally understood! As for the dot damage on the bubbles, I'm not sure, but I wonder if it just changes in size? Looking forward to the update.
