    If you're making money on your website and you're looking for a performance boost Cloudflare Pro has quite a few nifty features to help improve your site's performance. However, for smaller sites where you're running on a weaker host like GoDaddy or HostGator you're much better off swapping to a better host like SiteGround, WPengine, or Cloudways. Furthermore, if you're paying for a service like Sucuri or Sitelock you're much better off dropping them and paying for Cloudflare Pro where you get not only security-related features but much better performance overall.

    Pro customers have a Priority when we speak for files deletions from the POP - if free plan user content is not requested for 1 week for example and pro user content too - Cloudflare deletes the free plan content first on the POP/Edge.

    Any thoughts on doing some more server level vids? Like tuning MariaDB?

      My Cloudways instance uses MariaDB and it is faster than MySQL was. But I will certainly make more videos on the topic.

    Hm im a bit confused, so im using optimole to serve images through cdn, but have free cloudflare cdn set up. Also set up all optimize plugins well, but still lacking a bit of speed. Should I be running for example bunnycdn? Im getting the feel that the free cloudflare on siteground isnt really a cdn? Also because on bunny you pay per gb, like all other cdns. And cloudfare is free :o

    How Many Websites Can Add in Pro Plan?

    If you had Cloudflare basic would you opt to not run a security plugin on WP? Especially if you went pro, would you drop it to avoid conflicts or run the two in tandem?

      It depends on the site, but even with Cloudflare basic I tend to install Wordfence as well.

    CloudFlare pro vs free plan. Is there any speed different?

    • @SERTMedia
      @SERTMedia  4 года назад

      Since you gain access to polish mirage and some other features your site will be faster on pro
