I'm from Mexico but thank you for allowing people from all the world learn more of you
haha it's good to see my uncle again and hearing his voice and grampa too I miss them in the village
I never would have imagined how much my culture suffered. I’m very sad to know that things will not be the same as it was several years ago.
Quyana for sharing, and I’m sorry if this was painful to watch. It’s been over two years ago since I visited Kwethluk but I still regularly look back in awe of the strength & wisdom your people possess. My hope is that this wisdom shines through in the film and inspires us to preserve & protect indigenous culture in Alaska and beyond 🙏

Beautifully presented insight into life in a corner of our world filled with wisdom and wonder
Beautifully filmed and narrated by the wise elders, a poignant message that traditional cultures respect our plant, and pass these values to there younger people, hopefully the younger folk will value these teachings.Great there is a documentary to keep these teachings as reference into the future.
