Lol, the second one at 00:15 is a _Sempervivum_ of some kind, but I’m confused what the actual “tip” was with that. Looks like you just had a pot, put some soil in and repotted the Sempervivum! 👏🏽

A rooting hormone, though mostly it’s sold in powdered forms. Helps cuttings grow quicker.

Some sort of rooting hormone liquid. It comes in powder forms also.
