Jay and Kay, the universe's most explosive crime-fighting and alien-wrangling agents, are back in this action-packed animated adventure series based on the smash hit motion picture. It's a good point tbh, even if you made the decision to join MiB, leave your connections behind, those lives will go on without you, if you miss it, you might not see them again. I'm glad K got to reconnect with his dad. I feel like Z is bending the rules a bit for his sake, allowing him to reconnect with old family while still doing what he can so that he's not a security risk.
There actually was a case when a guy's memory was damaged and he seemed to be stuck in his twenties (i think). Researchers found he can learn and remember skills like as shown here.
Oliver Sacks described a patient with retrograde and anterograde amnesia: he was physically in his fifties, but had lost thirty years of memory and could not form new memories, so he was fixed in his early twenties permanently. His amnesia had been caused by brain damage, which had been caused by heavy drinking, and he had lost the memory of the decades of hard times which had led to the drinking in the first place. So he was a happy, charming young fellow, with no desire to drink, and the ability to enjoy something new for the first time many times over.

This was an emotional episode. Teared up in the last scene.
Im glad ive found this channel, and the MIB upload have become a favorite.

I forgot how incompetent they made Jay.
Season 1 had him be a rookie. It is later seasons that decided to inject unnecessary comedy in the show and made Jay incompetent.
This episode was banned for a reason. The incident of 9/11.

i was thinking the same thing, lol... Seems that the 90s had a lot of satire jokes about those towers, until it of course became a reality.

I find it strange that Agent K is in the animated series with no explanation. At least Men In Black 2 went to the effort of bringing K back into the agency so that there would be an explanation instead of a huge plothole.
It's a cartoon but nonetheless.
The animated series is based on the comic book series, not on the film. There is no reason K should not be in it.
I suppose the series it's the first movie just expanded
I think the series used it's own animated movie for the start. I can't really remember 100%. My childhood is a fever dream half the time.
The animated series happens in its own separate continuity.
This is honestly one of the ugliest animated episodes I've seen.
