    Hello! Im a big fan of ur channel for ur work inspires me.
    In our country, we only have trees' charcoal. I produce briquettes too using starch but it causes so much smoke, do you have any idea regarding its reduction? Thank you so much

    the most important process is the carbonization which was discussed just in passing and requires a special machine - i dont think this can be done at home.

      A metal drum with a lid with a hole in it over a fire. Very small scale can be done with a bean can.

      especially for making coconut briquettes, we only use the shell, the coir is ground for planting media (cocopeat) thank you for the time to watch this video

      binder using tapioca flour (cassava flour) heated with water and stirred, then spilled over the charcoal flour and stirred then printed as needed
