Agreed 100%. It's crazy how good he is. And to think he once had to have surgery on his throat that made him have to relearn to sing. What a talented guy.
@@MrRavmoorunfortunately and especially surprisingly same can't be said about Tarja, she sounds quite terrible in all of the live videos i've seen, off pitch out of breath and out of technique. I do wonder if the stroke she had affected her singing in some way

If I recall correctly, Marko was one of the biggest supporters of kicking Tarja out of Nightwish. I find it kind of an insult to see him performing their songs with her now...but...maybe bygones are bygones to them now. It was almost 20 years ago, now...they've all grown up a lot I'm sure. Maybe they're over it.

@@stefanl5183 Auri is not a symphonic metal band, it is progressive folk. It's a completely different genre. The target audience that Auri has, is not the same that listens to Nightwish. So there is no case in point ;)

AM I the only one who finds Marko's performance weird? All the body movements, hands waving, twisting, weird overacting grimaces... it's not the guy who just a few years ago stood on the stage, not moving a muscle, just playing his bass and looking dead serious while singing his lines. I would not believe they are the same guy... the voice, yes, but the rest, no, not at all...
And what did you expect? For him to act as if he is carrying the bass with him so people think he is schizophrenic?

Great nostalgia act! But as their new song together proved - having great voices is not enough. And Toumas is the one writing all of the masterpieces, like this song.

Здесь оригинальные исполнители поют песню, которую они же и пели будучи в составе Найтвиш. Это не является кавер-версией. Вот если бы её спел кто-то другой, тогда это было бы кавер-версией. А это - концертное исполнение этой песни оригинальными исполнителями. А вот "Призрак оперы" в их исполнении (из альбома "Century Child") - это кавер-версия, так как первыми исполнителями являются Сара Брайтман и Майкл Кроуфорд.

They can't even sing their own compositions. Although Tarja was the best singer in Nightwish, without the group she proves once again to the world that she is nothing.
