Hmm.... If you look at his Stance, Kakashi as an Adult (before DMS), was using a mix of Southpaw and Normal stance. He himself is a left-handed if we judge by how he used his Raikiri, so his upper body is looking at the front when his feet is using a normal stance (left feet to the front to easen up and power up a right straight). Normally with feet positions like that, the upper body would go facing right, not front, which is what you find when you're fighting a right-handed fighter (mainly using left jab and when it comes down to finishing, using his right hand). But this stance of Kakashi is.... I dunno.... Something hard to do unless you're actually messing with your nervous system?
