How much is going to cost you to remove the kitchen

We are pulling a loan for $100k but hoping to stay WAYYYYY under that!!!!!!! That’s not just for the kitchen though, it’s for the kitchen, laundry, replacing the last 2 living room windows, replacing our old French doors with a slider in our bedroom and replacing master bath window and adding an exhaust fan in the master bath. So all of that combined will hopefully be under $100k

Can’t wait for your remodel of your kitchen. You mentioned that you wanted to put your kitchen sink in the island unless you keep your sink really clean from dishes it will always look cluttered. Just FYI.

Yes it will unfortunately 😣 I personally would not, I would keep it just flat with nothing on it, just use it as a prep/seating area with an overhang for a couple of stools that slide underneath the overhang so they don't take up a lot of space, get storage built into it. 😁💐

Millions of siblings share a bedroom. I was 8 years older than my sister and shared a room with her until I was 21! We were just fine.
