Hello James,
I have a question I'm taking the exam next week on 4/18/15 and in the class I was told that we will demonstrate this test in performance exam with material that will look like concrete and will use water instead of alcohol since its going to be a mock test so my question is when I'm performing this mock test do I have to tell the proctor that what i'm doing like step by step or just keep going as shown in the video please let me know when you get a chance.
Muhammad Jamal Hello Muhammad, Every proctor is different, some want you to demonstrate and others ask you to explain each step, You should be prepared for both. You will probably be using a high fly-ash mix, so you will probably have to do the test, but explain what you are doing to the proctor; This will help you to remember the steps and it shows confidence; which is what many proctors are looking for. Hello James, I took my test and Passed it with flying colors thank you so much for all your help. Your videos are very informative. The DVD I got from ACI from the state chapter where I live were very vague in instructions. once again I appreciate your help keep up the good work.
