1:08:17 sounds like a Michael Schenker Group song. Can't recall the name, want to say, 'Into the Arena'. Thanks for these recordings!

Great audio. Old days when Scorpions was Young Band and Warm up Band. But they did some 1 h concerts

They were never a warm up band in Japan. They were considered royalty and were always a headliner. They were going to Japan before anybody.

On the Lovedrive Tour they played all the album except Holiday and Coast to coast, that later became long time part of the set list, while all the others dissapeared. Someone bringing light to this?

Can you imagine the disappointment going to this show and not getting a Uli or Michael? This was the beginning of the end artistically for scorpions, but ironically, the start of their incomprehensible popularity. They had Herman Rarebell, a drummer/writer that even spinal tap rejected.

Can you imagine the disappointment of going to a show that Michael was supposed to play on, but he does not show up, leaving fans and band mates in the lurch? (And not just once.) Btw the audience here doesn't sound disappointed to me.

@shatnersherpes: Most People Go to a concert, because they want to see a Band, playing tight as hell. Giving every evening 100 %, wether playing to 2000 or 200.000 People. They want to See a Band playing 2 Hours Hit after Hit and could go on easily for another 2 Hours with more Rock Milestones ! The Scorpions never, ever let you down. And yes of course, there are allways a few Guitar ( Drum ) Nerds showing up just because of their Guitarhero ( who is Not allways showing up by the way 😬). We are blessed having all 3 Incarnations, with Uli Roth, Michael Schenker and the very succesfull with Mathias Jabs AND Hermann Rarebell leading them to Superstardome all over the Planet !!

@@agepi5262 Yes, that's it! As much as I love love LOVE Scorpions with Uli on guitar, I can't say anything about their path after Uli left. Rock solid rock and roll band, always very professional since the beginning (some say they were already super professional since the Lonesome Crow days), and always respectful of their audience. Never let the audience down! I saw them live in 2008 and it was one of the best nights of my life.
