nice video - i'm a bit confused by one thing. doesn't setting up macros/assist mean that we don't need to manually cycle through the whole spell rotation? whhen you demonstrate the rotations, what is happening automatically?
What's happening is that we only really click 1 button to automatically use S1, S2, and S3. Other skills will still need to be manually used. So basically after you use the buff on skill 6 and use skill 4, you just spam skill 1 for however long you like till s6 and s4 comes off cooldown again
Damn the game is very confusing with stats and stuff at first lol. The char screen made me think I should focus on: Combo > Omni and Cooldown but you are saying to do Combo > Cooldown then Omni? - How did you figure this out just playing about lol? I'm not quite as high as u in inscribe power so I can't fully test this. Oddly enough using your macro even with Agony build increases my dps. From what I can tell haha
Getting more cooldown stat would help you cast more spells in the long run, basically getting to cast more holy energy/agony/pain trials resulting in more dps. Although after I got 10% cooldown I'm now trying to get 6% omni just to get the bonuses from the Core Passives
@@GidsGG Yeh when I read the descriptions I was thinking surely cooldown is better. I'll keep playing and hopefully get my inscribe level high. Think I am around 27. I am mostly first on dps meters already, sometimes 2nd. In the elite raid I just did I was hovering between 2nd and 3rd by the end. This was before I seen your video so it already feels good :D I wasn't doing as good dps as you though
I don't understand the minimal dps loss in putting holy missile before torment, what interaction makes you not want to use holy missile on cd every time?
ok, but I didn't understand one thing: I'm a healer, I have the gear with healer statistics, but when I switch to dps the statistics change on their own and become dps, but wrong. If I change the stats while I'm in DPS and return to healer, it messes up my healing stats. I mean, how should I have excellent gear for both healing and pve? should I make a separate gear for pve?? I don't understand these changing statistics
Stats change based on what specialization you go for. Basically for DPS, your specialization is combo, but when you switch to healer, combo gets turned into crit. Hit turns into Focus as well. I suggest you focus on one build only and whatever stats you end up with for the other build, just let it be, unless you want to keep 2 different sets of equipment for the 2 builds which is also viable since you can create a deck for it
@@GidsGG I found out that with Tempering you only temper stats for the current/activated spec on the item. Meaning you can temper 1 item with both dps stats and heal stats, so you can craft an ideal item for both specs.
You are my hero dude. That simple macro makes my dps go + 500. Because i play mobile i missclicked alot or it reacted to slow and i already clicked another spell. ( or maybe i just have fat fingers😂)
@@bessiboi777 I'm currently playing with the recommended build and macro. Rotation is important only in PvP; in PVE you can madly press all available skills and the DPS will be equal in 40 seconds. In fact, you don’t have to look for DPS from the priest - there is none. Changes in the main skill tree don't change much. Only combos and reloading raise DPS (at a combat distance of more than 1 minute), the rest can be ignored.
new stuff from u! very good video again. Love ur priest content help me with my dps builds alot!

you have to use 3 first then 4 cuz omni gave after you use 4 skill more dmg from any other next skill you use.

I have to other thing tbh, pain build gives me more damage. Weird 😂
