Tough tools, half price!
I had the same issues with my machine being upside down upon arrival and being low on oil. To me the gear oil smelled like regular petroleum based gear oil (80-90) I had an open bottle of Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer and topped it off with that. Works fine. The plug with the hex is for transport I believe and the other one in the little bag is the one for normal use. Make sure put the spring in the right are or you may mill seeds and skins through the screen like I did the first time.

I have several questions since this did not come with an owner's manual.
What kind of oil/grease do you use, how much do you use, how often do you do this, and where do you put it?
If anyone has the answers to any of these questions, please advise. A video would be helpful.

Vevor does not seam to understand simple questions their Manuel is a joke and this is the third time I asked for instructions or a video on how to oil the tomato mill and no response.
@@vevor.official I have the same question. The only thing resembling a manual is a folded pamphlet/ parts list. What is the oil hole for and what is the "Red" thread screw for?
My machine grinds up the seeds and the skins and does not push them out the end but into the drip pan. On inspection I see no gap for seeds and skins to expel, the screw goes out to the end of the screen, so of course the seeds and skins have no way to escape but to be crushed through the screened cone.

I have the same question as everyone else here. I have purchased this machine and it arrived upside down in the box with the box full of oil so I have no idea how much oil is in the machine. I need to know what type of oil to put in the machine and how much. It really should be a simple answer if you are the manufacturer/seller of this machine.
About 20ml of gear oil will be fine.

My arrived with the box soaked oil, the long metal tube bit doesn't fit/tighten on properly, and it doesn't seperate the pulp from the juice. It all comes out of the small holes

I got as far as, "You take the red cap off, put oil in it, then put the cap on". No information on what type of oil, how much, or how often. You also have to let it rest after 15 minutes because it can overheat unless you soften the tomatoes by cooking them a little. Other than all this BS, it does work well. The Kitchen Aid attachment works just as well, except the reservoir for putting the tomatoes in is smaller, and it didn't overheat.
