just go to the borad office according to your district. you can ask to any office agent sir i want to get my sannad eralier they will give you a form and you need to fill the form and also attach your resultcard attested from your college principal and photo as well. whenever you will complete the form you will go to the borad office again where you will get challan form and you have to pay fee almost 6to7 thousand and sumbit to the submisson window. after 15 days later you will get you degree. it varies on time maybe they can deliver after 15 days by Post office.
Yes Visit board office apeal them for urgent degree or sunad. Write application there on blank white paper pay the fees for urgent sunad. You will get within a day. Submit yout documents your id card photocopy of result card. Ask from staff where we have to give them application because they have assign deparetements for the candidates
