    Best Approach is just classify problems on leetcode hard to medium based on DS and Algos using tags, understand their most efficient solution(if you find them).So if you are done with it there is a very high chance you can solve any variation of those efficiently within 20 mins time.Otherwise there is no gurantee that the question will be solved in 20 mins

    Share if you have to really design anything after joining.. clearing interview and really building something is different skills.. these people are just teaching wrong skills to just clear interview. Anyone can clear interview by studying already solved problems. These people talk big thing about design with just few years of experience.. it sounds so funny.
    Any competent programmer will reject idea of coding on notepad and only stupid will ask you to code on notepad. Rachit is an smart iitian. He can use his time to build some product than teaching how to solve these stupid dsa problems.. these are already solved problems. Think to solve some real practical problems which add some value to society than these youtube videos

      Doing same thing repeatedly gives you in depth understanding. Memorizing means you are remembering solution without understanding anything. If you repeating same thing again and again but you are trying to understand everything each time you are repeating properly then it is revision and practice.

    • @shubhamqweasd
      @shubhamqweasd 3 года назад +2

      @@litcode702 I believe doing similar questions based on a concept can help you build more depth ... but doing the same question over and over again is memorizing.. if you play the video at 18:00 , you will see what I am referring to...
      and if you want to build more depth in a concept, i think it makes more sense to increase the difficulty of the problem set incrementally.. instead or repeating the same question over and over again...

    • @litcode702
      @litcode702 3 года назад +3

      @@shubhamqweasd ok...yeah everyone has their own way....ultimately we have to understand the concepts and apply it. But if you are solving hard or medium problems twice or thrice you will see each time you will code differently and you will make different mistakes which will give you more filters to make you perfect in that concept..obviously along with that one should practice different questions as well. doing same questions only will never increase the coverage area of a concept....what she is saying is DFS and what you are saying is kind of BFS. Lol. We need kind of both as balanced.... @Rachit Jain what is your thought on this please share... (How to tag him in comment???)
