I have been watching your videos for quite some time now. I am a fifth generation carpenter and have been around residential and heavy construction and always admired heavy equipment. I started watching your channel in 2014 when I had a very rare and devastating medical issue nearly kill me. I had to sit on the couch and do nothing and be on heavy pain and life saving medication for about seven months and your videos were a life saver at times helped me not concentrate on the pain and the fact I could not take care of my family. After that 7 month healing time I tried going back to work but after 3 different jobs and not being able to handle the pain and not able to keep up in construction anymore my doctors said I could not do construction anymore. At 50 years old I ended up on disability because working and exerting myself to much could literally kill me so I have watched just about all of your videos and love your content and how you involve your family. I have tried hobbies to get me away from my computer but none grab my attention like RC excavators and heavy equipment so I looked and looked and found some that were cheap enough for me to buy but of course they cannot really do much so lost interest in them. I would really like to get some RC equipment but being on a fixed income most are to much. I would love to start a RUclips channel and make a construction site in my back yard that would help get me outside and doing something fun instead of depressed and sitting in front of a computer screen. I am not much for asking for help but sometimes you have to throw it out there and hope you get some help and answers. Are there any resources for used RC equipment and if so would it be advisable to even buy used stuff? can I get by with my phone camera or should I get a gopro type camera? Thank you for all of your hard work and awesome videos that show us RC stuff but also let us get to know you and your family. I like the new you at least new to us. keep keeping it real.

you should put a small turbine on the water return in to the pond so you can have some lights or even help recharge the batteries to the site for a bit of hydro power

I moved from Ontario to Calgary about a year ago and my parents already told me I will never the payed go "play" lmaoo I work for a fencing company and they just got a skid steer like yours on a remote but it was connected go a phone! Was the coolest thing I've ever seen
aluminum tube 3/8 long , run bicycle cable thru and loop back , squeeze tight , do both ends , you just made cables for lifting . you could also make these with lead fishing weights , maintenance crew should install a set for each vehicle , along with jumper cables . remember the weekly safety meetings , bob needs to come around , once in a while . still watching , from Ohio .
I been watching since you used to do the big fifth scale races back at your old place and everything in between. But I must say, your videos are a lot funnier and more relatable to my life. This show is awesome, I definitely like the new style gold vs the old one better. Obviously both great but this one is more realistic. What I'm meaning is, idk about most people but when I toy around with RC's it's more shenanigans than actual RCing lol. Most of us are pretty much baked by the time we get to actually play with the RCs lol. I find it more relaxing and funny as shit
