I have doubt regarding this answer mam., Is the answer protoplast or L form, can you please clear.
    1. Cellwall deficient forms of gram positive bacteria are called?
    a) protoplast
    b) sphaeroplast
    c) mycoplasma
    d) L - form
Can you please help with the answer

On the basis of the information from the journals and books the answer is protoplast. I think this question was not a Kerala psc question ,if so we can finalise it on the basis of final answer key.
Searching through various journals it was concluded that Cell wall deficient forms of gram positive bacteria are called protoplast.
the bacterial cells lacking cell wall with an outer membrane and a plasma membrane are called spheroplasts, and those without an outer membrane are called protoplasts. Thus, protoplasts and spheroplasts are produced from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, respectively.
      L-forms are "cell wall-deficient" bacteria
