Fried dumpling with pork filling - នំពពាយស្នូលប្រៃសំបកភីហ្សា

In this recipe, the wrapper texture is similar to pizza type. It is very delicious.
Ingredients:
The wrappers
2½cup [350g] All purpose flour
½tsp Salt
1cup [250ml] Hot water
¼cup [50 to 60ml] Water
¼tsp Yeast
1Tbsp Cooking oil
The pork filling
300g Minced pork
2Tbsp Dried shrimp
6 Shitake mushroom
2Tbsp preserved radish
3 Cloves chopped garlics
2 Shallots
2tsp Soy sauce
½Tbsp Oyster sauce
1tsp Dark soy sauce
1tsp Sugar
½tsp Ground pepper
1½Tbsp Tapioca starch + Water
5Tbsp Chopped Scallions
