After the national security laws are enforced, actually the dual system is not existing anymore. Hong Kong is just the same as other cities of China. 香港人 are the same as other Chinese citizen of China. Very few countries accept dual citizenships now, because of loyalty, unity, one-side only, single clear identity, etc. No country is so stupid to let people to make use of their countries as spare tire or back door.

如果外国是属地原则一出生就持有外国籍，那就是外国，否则中国

依家未實施，根據入境處資料如果取消中國籍後，每36個月內返港係可以保留永久居民身份，但係未來會唔會更改就唔知，可以參考返description入面嘅入境處網站
