In this clip, Akon and DJ Vlad reflect back on their friendship and trust for one another. As the interview moves along, Akon shares his thoughts on the passing PnB Rock, he said that he knew the later rapper very well and that his murder hurt his heart. From there, Akon explains why he would never visit the hood with his lavish belongings because wouldn't want anyone to feel like he's rubbing his success in their face.

Alot of it also has to do with the fact that the rappers who are from a certain area, really are not like that but, they act they are in their raps.The ppl who is actually living that life, take offense and want to test you because they fell that you are making a living off of their struggle.They alaways say, if you want to know about someone, go to where they grew up.They cant lie to those ppl.
