i'm saying as an audience. i feel like skz deserved the crown. why? because to me there is none of their performance that didn't give a strong impression, or impact. their stage presence is crazy and their live vocals, they're king of performances. every of their performances is so perfect except for the "i'll be your man" bcs they didn't really follow the "reborn" theme, that's why they got low rank from experts. but overall, their performances always left an impression. they never failed the audience. i love how they're so creative in every aspect. congratulations you guys deserve to win it ❤️ 1. But that part still han's voice and for me overall his part giving me goosebumps so much. I dont hate hyunjin but i really like this original part with han's voice. It suits han's style more imo
When Woojin left them, a month before the show, they worked a lot but managed to cover his part. They are all versatile and no one is, basically, irreplaceable. It would have been better in 8, but... they did brilliantly.

Just watched this series for the first time and loved it! Great way to put older bands back in the spotlight and to gain more fans and then promote some newish bands that maybe had not gained a ton of traction although I know Stray Kids and Ateez wee already getting on their way just fine. Friendships forged and we got to see really fantastic personalities without the ruthlessness shown on most shows...maybe because they already debuted? I can imagine companies wouldn't let them participate if there were gonna get torn down. Anyways I don't comment much on RUclips but I was just impressed overall. 😊
All groups, the first, everyone is a winner. If we look at the brilliance, they are all giants, but here the victory is for only one. I wish everyone more brilliance.🎉❤

i still feel bad skz got such a low score in the expert evaluation during the second battle, which i don't understand why (bc it was their i'll be your man cover that got me into stay fandom until now) but in the end they had proven that they deserve victory. now skz had grown n achieved even more success, and i feel bad hyunjin wasn't able to join them performing in kingdom bc of the slander (even if its true, that's such a foul thing to do, u could hv destroy someone's life n career) anyway it's been almost 4 years? but still congratulations skz
The reason they got a low score was 1. IN's crack (apparently) and 2. The song sounded too much like the original.For that challenge specifically they were to take the opponents song and mix it. If you see BTOB's performance of Back Door I think you'd get the idea. They sounded amazing as a cover, but it wasn't what the challenge was unfortunately.
@@haliib007 i knew about IN's voice crack and i feel sad he felt so bad about it. their overall performance is almost perfect. however i dont know about the song being so similar to the original. they even changed the arrangement and change the message of the song. the theme is also different. while the og btob's song is more desperate and emotional, skz's cover is more like the desperation of salvation. it's unfortunate, it's like the judge barely gave them any marks at all seeing the huge gap. maybe IN's voice crack immediately turn them off and since skz wasn't popular yet in korea back then.

But I did my comparison, and even tho they made changes in arrangement, it was similar to the original. I always go back to Back Door and compare the original vs BTOB’s version, they included main aspects of Back Door (the knock, the dance etc) but it overall sounded like a completely new song while I’ll Be Your Man sounded more like a cover. I was shocked to hear that Skz wasn’t popular in Korea but overtime and getting more into kpop I realized their sound was different compared to what was the typical bg vibe.

Compared to RtK they lacked, even they knew that. And at that time Stray Kids and Ateez were kind of gaining attention from international fans. Also some months before the release of Kingdom there was the MAMA awards and Stray Kids only received a nomination for Fan’s Choice, while Mnet used the term “Mala taste pioneer”, that is created by SkZ themselves, to give a nomination to Ateez. That had angered Stray Kids fans, that swore to do anything to give them the win.
