How do people find this relaxing? Can anybody recommend people who are gentle and soft with their triggers? This is way too fast and aggressive for me, algo gave me this by searching "relaxing asmr" and scrolling. Far from relaxing, I'm still trying to calm my heart rate ffs.
@@Bambam- everyone has their own cup of tea in asmr, personally I find fast and aggressive asmr relaxing because it provides consistent background noise that makes my brain tired after a while. anyways- there's so many slower paced ASMR youtubers! some are I recommend are Gibi ASMR and Batala's ASMR. they both do slow & fast content, so there's something for everyone! if you're looking for something to unwind there's a lot of no talking videos that are slow but deep sounds, usually they're pretty long and up close. those might be to your taste! moving on- sorry for rambling. have a great day!
