    // ABOUT ME
    My name is Etienne Crete (from Montreal, Canada). I'm a swing Forex trader and help aspiring Forex traders develop a trading method that works for them so they can produce income allowing them to live with more freedom.
    I blog at www.desiretotrade.com and host the Desire To Trade Podcast. I was fed up with the “fake” millionaire traders and the “get-rich-quick-trading guys”. That's why you can expect more free content from me than what other people charge for!
    If you truly want to succeed in Forex trading, I believe you need to keep working on yourself so you can improve your strengths, but also your weaknesses. Do not focus solely on what you're good at.
    // Disclaimer
    This video expresses my personal opinion only. Forex trading is risky. Make sure you are ready to trade. Even this will not guarantee you positive results. I am not responsible for any losses incurred due to your trading or anything else. I do not recommend any specific trade or action.

    Thank you for trusting me with my truthful and reliable opinion on any future purchase you may make. I always disclose this information when it is the case. As part of the Desire To TRADE family, you allow me to be able to use affiliate/referral links when suggesting items for purchase. As a customer of the products I refer, you help me sustain the time and resources to create content on this channel by generating revenue from your sales. "Focus on sharpe ratio, approach investment offices with audited statements, prop. firms are very risk averse."

    “Be ok with making money”
    That is the battle I have been working through. Currently building a strategy that plays to my strengths and attempts to systematically remove my weaknesses from having influence in trade decisions.
    That guy said a few things that were very much on point regarding the psychology of trading

    I know a million dollars isn't a lot of money as such but if you can make it by trading then I for one would shake your hand and say 'well done'!

    Hi Etienne It’s a really great interviews. Could you please explain me briefly what does sharp ratio mean ? And is it better value when It’s high or low ? I got this from your second guy’s interview. I have done some research but really I havent found anything valid.
    Anything is highly appreciated.
    Thank you

    Nice interviews. What I did notice is that they are still working for a company. If they are that good of a trader already, then why not go on their own? They did give very sound advises.

      Most have their own company. It comes down to doing what you love 💪📈

      Well, if they have their own company and not employees of a company, then it's a different ball game. They went on their own if that is the case.

    Hi Etienne, Can you interview some of the Investors who invest a large amount of money to Forex Traders. How do they select traders? What kind of expectations they have? How much they are willing to take risk with the trader? etc...
