I can’t believe this company is still in business. Lifetime warranty is a joke! When we tried to sent pics of the sinking mattress was basically told it’s not bad enough. They also sent pics of what bad really looks like? Not the own they thought. We are back in the market looking for a new mattress and thought this RUclips channel would give us a good start but since puffy is on here I think not!
Wish I had seen this 4.5 rating earlier. I am currently trying it, and as a lightweight side sleeper I am getting so lost deep in tge foam layers and my spinne is out of alignment. Just waiting for the 2 week period to initiate a return.
