I really like your step by step installation and all the features, your video is much better than the factory videos. You are so right about getting in touch with someone, it seems as if they have two people working there, I tried for weeks to get in touch with someone, after emails, voice messages, and even on their Instagram messaging, customer service is needs to get better with this company
Haha not as much as you up there. However, if you look up reviews, there are guys in Canada that use this and have plenty of snow piled up and it sustains it very well.
Great video. My top is being delivered today. Hopefully my install will go as well as yours did.
Have you taken the truck to a carwash with this cap?
Through the touch less ones, yes. Multiple times. I wouldn't take it through the ones with brushes.
Maybe if you fold it down, should be carwash safe.
Magnets work really well to hold the inside front flap
Yeah, I've seen guys use magnets for the front and back.

Thanks, man! Yeah, they had amazing customer support until Best Top purchased the company.
This is beyond helpful
Does yours leak water into the bed at the front(closest to cab) at the end of the bed rail?
Thank you for your time! Very informative!
the other side of the foam seal isn't sticky.
You're right. That was my mistake.

Any change in fuel economy?
None that I can tell.
