In today's vlog we finally went to get some groceries! My refrigerator been EMPTY since I've moved in and it was about that time we need to stock it up with somethings! Change is good for us but also uncomfortable. It’s normal to feel lost when you’ve just went through a major change. Acknowledge your feelings and allow yourself to be vulnerable but also don’t lose your vision. One day at a time one step at a time. If there’s something you want to do whether it’s working out , more consistency , going out more etc write the vision and make it plain. Tackle your goals day by day. You got this and we’re rooting for you beautiful! 💖💖

I know it’s just you, think about a Sam’s Club or Costco membership. They come in handy for items more than just food. Things like paper towels 😂 it’ll save you money and trips to the grocery store
You are ok… you will find your way. Stop saying you need to get your life together. This is a learning season for you. It’s good time for you to complete reinvent yourself. Rebrand and colab with ppl who are young and single as well. But what your doing now is good. It’s relatable and real. A year from now you won’t be thinking about any of this. Cry and pick yourself back up baby girl.. I went through this where I lost weight because of heart break. But please understand that you bend but you will NEVER break. You are so, Beautiful!
